I was there almost everyday, as I lived around the corner. The coffee is not good, but it’s okay and I liked some of the staff (the two ladies are very kind and amazing) - at some point they brought me my coffee without asking, as they knew me. 2 guys Sometimes charge a bit more when they don’t know you, and I didn’t like it but it happened only once or twice.
Today was the first day I went there on Sunday with my laptop and spoke English, like a tourist, and there were other staff at the bar.
When I went paying they charged me much more than the usual. I told him that it’s wrong and that I am here every day and know the price, maybe it was a misunderstanding - but he tried to lie to me and was very unfriendly and rude. I paid 25% more.
In this time he thought I was a tourist and charged me more - he didn’t knew I was there almost everyday.
I am very disappointed and will not go there ever again. They lost a loyal customer for the short profit.
The ladies and young guys that work there are very nice - but the older men, one with glasses and one without are very unfriendly and charge tourists...
Read moreI should have listened to the bad reviews and stay away from this place..... because clearly if you ask for one paella for share, it means for them to charge for you the price of 2 paellas... and first I tought this was my mistake, and they wrote it in the menu somewhere, but then I checked, and they did not mention anything about this. I went back and ask them why did they charge for 2 paellas if I only asked one, and actually we got only one paella and not two... and they said its my mistake because ‘one paella for share’ easily can be misunderstood by the non english speakers waitresses. So in their opinion I should have said one paella and 2 plate.... 31€ for a paella. Which was not even good or traditional...

I wondered what she would do. Sadly, she paused, looked to both sides (but not behind her - where I was standing by the counter, waiting to pay). After seeing no eyes on her, she picked it back up, rubbed it off on the greasy liner below the hotplate, and stuck it back into the spatula holder attached to the side of the hotplate, right next to a second spatula, She'd most clearly be using both again later. I guess this place is terrific — if you're looking to catch a parasite...
