Terrible experience. I was the only customer waiting, two girls behind the counter, one was preparing something to take away whilst the other was literally labelling cartons of milk. On top of that, doing it so slowly it was just unbelievable. I waited for more than five minutes looking at them, finally the milk girl asked the other girl if she could attend to me. And she continued to label her milk! No interest, no smile, just a look of being totally fed up and lack of interest in customer service. Also the toilets and in general were not very clean. I’m not surprised Starbucks is Having Financial difficulties. There is a lot more competition now, if they perform like this they will be shutting down...
Read moreThey literally never clean the tables outside even when they aren’t doing anything and you can just see every table covered with dirty glasses. They neglect to unlock the chairs outside for hours in the morning as well and I’ve gone and asked them 3 times to unlock them and have waited 50 minutes for it. They say they’re busy but unlocking the chairs should be done before they even open and yet often they are not. Additionally the toilets are the dirtiest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been in.
