Stayed at the Hotel and came up for some drinks with 4 friends. We sat down at the bottom of the pool side and the first thing we noticed was that the table was still dirty from the people who sat there before, after waiting for 10 minutes and the waiter passing by the dirty table numerous times I decided to clean it myself and then waited casually for the waiter to grab my order. Unfortunately after 20 minutes the waiter still did not take our order, although there were only like 3 full tables, in total like 10 people on the whole terrace, this was very odd and confusing to us.
So then I got up to ask for a sangria and the Bar Manager told me that the waiter was going to come, so I sat down again and waited until the waiter finally took our order after almost 30 minutes after arrival. Obviously we were already very upset with the service as there were absolutely no Guests, meaning that they did not even have the excuse of being busy...
After around 40 minutes we still did not get our drinks and I got up to the waiter and bar manager at the Bar to ask them what is happening, they both just ignored me and told me to sit down and it will come. It was getting really weird as other guests who just arrived were starting to get served but our Drnks and Food still did not arrive...
After getting up again, this was 45 minutes without drinks, I asked the Bar Manager one more time where the drinks were and why he is acting like that, he just said that he will prepare them now....I was shocked that he still did not prepare the drinks after almost an hour of waiting....Absolute disgrace of an employee and for a customer who stayed at this Hotel (Very expensive and 5 stars) and then being treated like this i started getting furios and told him that I did not need the drink anymore and that I was going to leave now...Instead of apologizing the Bar Manager literally told us "Never Come Back"....
I understand people can have a bad day but no matter what job you do you need to leave that outside the door once you walk into your workspace...Especially in the Gastronomy Sector...I did not exchange any words with the Manager, all we asked for was a drink and it just never came and after like 40 minutes it was normal that we got upset and confronted him...Instead of bein apolegetic he just starting swearing at us...
I am a Restaurant Owner myself and it really hurts my heart seeing a beautiful rooftop like this one ruined by miserable and unthankful Staff Members like the Bar Manager. Especially when a whole country is suffering from a pandemic and there are millions of unemployed people, you would expect a Waiter/Manager to be happy and proud to be working and to be working at such a beautiful location but unfortunately that was not the case. Really really sad seeing employees with so much disrespect for the Customers although the customer was a paying hotel guest and all he wanted was a drink not more and not less - The whole situation was very surreal and just not understandable...
Anyhow, hope the Hotel reads this and changes it's employees because once the season starts they will have a lot...

We visited Rooftop Ohla Barcelona to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. We were a group of 16 people, and upon arrival, we were told that we could only split the bill into groups of four – a strange and confusing “policy” that we were not informed about in advance.
We ordered cocktails, which were not only mediocre but also cost €16 each – an extremely high price for the quality we received. When we asked for the bill, the waitress simply brought us a total of €300 and insisted that each group of four pay €68, regardless of what each person had consumed. This led to confusion, as everyone wanted to pay only for what they had actually ordered – which is completely fair, especially when you’re a student and every euro counts.
While we were trying to figure things out, the waitress started rushing us, telling us to hurry up because we were “just taking up space,” even though we had paid for our drinks and simply wanted to enjoy them in peace. Things escalated when she started yelling at us, using inappropriate language, and even told us to shut up, saying we weren’t “up to the hotel’s standards” – absolutely outrageous and incredibly disrespectful behavior for a venue that positions itself as high-end.
Going out to celebrate should be a joyful experience, not a stressful one. Sadly, Rooftop Ohla left us with a bitter taste – not because of the drinks, but because of the attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful treatment, professional service, and a relaxed atmosphere. I’m truly disappointed and shocked by how we...
Read moreTerrible experience and definitely the last time we were there. I went there to dinner last night with my girlfriend to check the place out since I was considering using it for client dinners and thank good I checked it out before, because I will definitely not use it ever again. We had a reservation at 9 pm and still had to wait 25 mins, outside, in the queue for people without a reservation. Worst part about it was got the hostess communicated it. She literally said at 9 your table will be ready shortly and proceeded to Ignore us for 30 mins. A couple that had a reservation at the same time we seated within 5 min, a second couple without a reservation 10 min before us. At the end we were asked to go up to the roof. Once there we were not seated at a table but basically at the bar. Imagine having a table reservation and getting seated at the bar for the whole night, with zero chance to enjoy the Ambience. I’ve been to many higher end restaurants in Barcelona and was always impressed with the great service until I went here. We still have the food and cocktails a chance, food was not great but ok but was ruined by the fact that we were so cramped that we could barely eat and the cocktails tastes like straight up alcohol. I still left a tip, because I was raised right, but this was definitely the first and last time there and I urge you special if you want to take a client out on town or you have something planned after your reservation to stay...
