Disgusting restaurant! One of the worst gastronomic experiences, nothing to do with the restaurant that it was. They do not respect the security measures of COVID-19!!!!! They use a tinned food sauces. Wasabi was green luminescent and cologne flavor. The rice is not Japanese rice, raw rice. It is exceedingly expensive for the quality they offer. Dishes are dirty, chipped and worn. The service is hostile, unfriendly and almost rude. It is not a Japanese restaurant!!!, the workers are from all oriental nationalities except Japanese. CATASTROPE, don't be fooled about older, more positive reviews

El Sakura Ya ha estat durant molt de temps el nostre japonès de referència. Un lloc on, si t’agrada el picant, no et pots perdre el temaki spicy tuna o les ebi no kimuchi, plats imprescindibles. En general, la qualitat del producte i l’elaboració sempre ens havien deixat molt satisfets.

Ahir vespre hi vam tornar a sopar. Abans d’anar-hi, per casualitat, vaig llegir una ressenya que deia que últimament el nivell havia baixat, que els plats ja no sortien com abans. No hi vaig donar importància; vaig pensar que potser havia estat un mal dia. Malauradament, la nostra experiència també va anar en aquesta línia.

El servei, que sempre ens havia atès molt bé, va continuar sent correcte, però es van oblidar de demanar els plats de la canalla, tot i haver remarcat que els volíem primer. Al final van ser els últims a sortir. A més, els fideus que van portar no eren com sempre: la qualitat i el gust deixaven molt a desitjar.

Pel que fa als makis i nigiris, sí que vam mantenir el nivell esperat, però vam tenir una altra decepció amb els gunkan d’ikura: els van servir en forma de maki petit. No era un plat dolent, però quan demanes gunkan, vols gunkan, no una altra cosa.

Al llarg del sopar, no vam poder evitar escoltar com a altres taules també es produïen errors amb les comandes. Tot plegat ens va deixar una sensació de desil·lusió, pensant que el nostre japonès habitual ja no és el que era.
