The only saving grace was the chicken sandwich which was nice. The Mexican bowl was nice as well but quite overpriced and smaller than advertised.

The staff member who took our order was lovely. However the member who served is was rude, non professional and had no concern for our experience. She told us that they had no ice for our coffees and would need to get some. She never told us how long we had to wait and seemed bothered by serving us. This member needs an attitude adjustment for the hospitality service.

Another member who tried to give us a refund was kind as well and explained the issue clearly. We hope the first and third staff member can coach the second in the future.

The place can use better customer service training and make sure they are stocked for ice especially on a Sunday in the summer like today. Some customers and mainly tourists will not be as nice as...

I have to say that I've had mixed feelings going at this place. I went two nights in a row, the first night I got a vegan sandwich, nice and tasty, the second night I had a healthy bowl. The food is nice, nothing exceptional but different to what you find elsewhere. I went both times between 8-9 pm, they finished some of the things on the menu already which shouldn't happen 2 hours before closure on a normal day. You would not expect the quality of the coffee from a sandwich shop to exceed that of its coffee focused rivals. Spoiler Alert: It does. Tasty sandwich options and fresh orange juice to round out an excellent place for a light meal.
