Mixed feelings. Food was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. We called ahead to book a table outside and were told they donât reserve outdoor seating. Fair enough. We still went and luckily got a spot as someone was just leaving.
Things started off on the wrong foot as our first server, a woman with dark hair, seemed visibly annoyed, unfriendly and abrupt. We tried to stay polite, but nothing improved âčïž Thankfully, another server (blonde hair) eventually took over and was much nicer đ
Then, out of nowhere, the first waitress sent the second one to tell us that they need our table in 5 minutes. When we questioned why (especially since we were eating and drinking, and we were told earlier they donât take reservations for outside) the blonde waitress seemed confused, went back to check, and then returned to say it was okay for us to stay. Confusing and unnecessary.
We finished our meal with the blonde waitress continuing to serve us, which was a relief.
At the end, the first server came back loudly with free limoncello shots, which felt more awkward than generous.

   Read moreDecided to take a fresh juice with beetroot, apple and ginger and was very happy with that choice, fresh and tasty. To eat decided to take crĂȘpe with duck ham, apples, walnuts and cheese. Didn't even get through half of it, totally tasteless, with almost no feeling, it was basically mainly crĂȘpe dough. Returned it to the waiter and explained why I won't eat it. He didn't ask if I'd like to take something else, if was still hungry etc. when asked for it to be removed from the bill, in my opinion 8.90⏠for this poor crĂȘpe was way to much and I even didn't eat it, he started telling me that it's fresh and homemade - and yes I agreed but it didn't change the fact that it was tasteless, made of poor quality products not worth its price. There are so many better places around in that area, so know that they do serve poor quality as I eat out brunch quiet a lot. He finally removed it, saying that ok he will do that because I'm very problematic and that they never have any complaints! To me it's looking differently. Probably should have checked reviews before asking for...
   Read moreHemos estado esta noche para celebrar un cumpleaños, con reserva hecha. Desde un principio el camarero nos ha estado diciendo continuamente que hoy era el dĂa antes de cerrar por vacaciones para justificar no poder servir un plato, o recogernos los vasos y la jarra de sangrĂa porque tenĂan que hacer limpieza a fondo hoy. A la sexta o septima vez que lo ha hecho (hemos perdido la cuenta), le hemos indicado educadamente que si ven que un dia antes del cierre por vacaciones no pueden atender mesas grandes debidamente (la nuestra era de 9 personas), que quizĂĄs no deberĂan aceptar ese tipo de reservas o directamente plantearse cerrar ese dĂa para poder hacer la limpieza a a fondo como decĂa, o sĂłlo servir almuerzos. Que nos sentiamos con presiĂłn para comer rĂĄpido innecesariamente, y que como clientes nos generaba malestar. Se nos ha intentado justificar como ha podido, indicando que son un sitio pequeño y que ya de forma habitual tienen que recoger vasos y vajilla rapido porque si no se quedan sin para otras mesas. Como le hemos dicho a Ă©l, estarĂa bien que su jefe se planteara comprar algunos vasos mĂĄs (eran de los grandes de IKEA, todo hay que decirlo, nada complejo), y lo mismo con las jarras. Hasta aquĂ todo bien, el chaval educado y correcto, no se puede decir lo contrario, pero lo que vino a continuaciĂłn fue de traca. Uno de los comensales ha llegado mĂĄs tarde que el resto, alrededor de las 22h, y ya no le han querido servir a pesar de cerrar a las 12 como nos decĂan. Se ha quedado sin cenar. Y a la hora de pagar, cuamdo hemos dicho que cada uno pagaba su parte, no ha parado de resoplar, e incluso cuando uno de los chicos ha dicho que pagaba por dos ha lamzado (literalmente) el datĂĄfono sobre la mesa. Y a otra de las chicas no le quiso aceptar efectivo porque segĂșn Ă©l ya habĂan cerrado caja. Valga decir que yo misma me he equivocado al dividir entre los comensales (contĂ© 10 en lugar de 9) y se nos quedĂł un menĂș por pagar al Cabar la ronda, y por no marear al camarero lo paguĂ© yo misma entero en lugar de volver a hacerle pasar por todos uno a uno para pagar la diferencia. Otros posiblemente se lo habrĂan pedido. Para ser constructivos: si os falta vajilla y utensilios, comprad mĂĄs. Si no servĂs a partir de una hora determinada, ponedlo en lugar visible para que el cliente lo sepa, o informad. Si os falta tiempo para una limpieza a fondo, no sirvais cenas ese dĂa o buscad alternativas. Y si no estĂĄis preparados para trabajar cara al pĂșblico, desde el cariño, buscad otro empleo. Toda la mesa se ha ido bastante contrariada con lo ocurrido y, desde luego, no vamos a repetir. Una pena que con lo bonito que es el sitio tengan un servicio tan pĂ©simo como este, y que a pesar de las crĂticas negativas no sean capaces de mejorarlo.
