terrible service... i went with my 1 year old baby and had to wait for 20 plus minutes for the lady to make me a sub....she was more interested in the glovo orders....even after our sub was ready , instead of billing it, she was making two to three subs and we had to wait for her to finish it so that she could bill us....my question....if yu cant handle it all, get someone to help u....dont run the whole show single handedly ....simple...everyones time is important...not just those who order online....and secondly if u make a person wait for such a long time, ateast have the courtesy to say a sorry....i was not waiting for a free sub...sorry....you really need to learn some skills....never again...

The boy who was responsible for making the sandwiches was visibly ill, sniffing and with his nose oozing mucus. That it is not hygienic at all. However, it's not the employee fault. The guy has to work. But when we have a situation like that, the manager should change and put the sick person in the kitchen, and another person who is not sick to take care of people's food.
