Not a great place to eat. I was walking around the Sagrada Familia looking for a place where I could get a salad. This place had a Cesar salad on the menu so I decided to eat here. The waiter asked if I wanted to eat inside or outside. Of course I chose outside as it was beautiful weather in October. Upon opening the menu I see on the bottom of the menu in small print that seating outside will cost you another 10% of your total bill. Well, of course you donât know this until youâve already sat down. They should tell you before seating you, but whatever. I asked the waiter if I could get chicken on the salad. He stated that it already comes with it. Weird, as it doesnât mention that at all on the menu, but great! The menu states that the salad is âŹ14.50, but on the bill it was âŹ15.95. đ€ The salad itself was not good! The dressing is probably the most important part of a Caesar salad. Everything else is the same. Just donât give wilted lettuce. But, the dressing was not good at all! The chicken was a little dry. Itâs probably one of the worst Caesar salads Iâve ever had. The dressing was very sweet and thin. I added salt and vinegar to it try to make it taste better. I also ordered a water. They bring out a large chilled bottle. It was âŹ3.50 on the bill, but youâre not allowed to take the water with you so you better drink it all at your meal. This is common everywhere in the city. Itâs fine, because thatâs why thereâs no broken glass all over the city, or a lot of trash. But, they also didnât have a paper cup for me to take it in. Altogether the bill was about âŹ20. I wish I wouldâve seen the special for âŹ18.50 before I had ordered. I took the picture of the special after Iâd already ordered.
I see much better reviews on here, so maybe ordering some paella and spending more time in the restaurant youâll have a better experience. Just donât order the...
Read moreWe attended this restaurant along with a Japanese tour group for a set meal as a part of the tour package. Our meal was terrible, scant and of poor quality. We were served a salad dish with sliced sausage which wasnât too bad, then we were served thinly sliced cooked pork with a small portion of chips, this dish was poorly presented and tasteless. When staff were asked if this dish was popular they advised ânoâ, when asked why they serve it as a set meal to customers the staff member could not respond, and simply smiled and walking away. For the finally, as our dessert we were served on a saucer, 1 orange and/ or 1 apple uncut, a true insult to the Japanese tourist who support their business on a daily basis. It is clear this business is taking full advantage of the good nature of the Japanese people, knowing they will not complain and simply cop the poor quality of food. It appears the restaurant has regular daily clientele supplied by tour guides who no doubt get a kick back from the business owner, this owner must be encouraged this to increase the service provided to tourists. Because of my experience today I, along with several others will not be returning. I also intend to keep an eye on whether the owner takes these...

From the moment we were seated, his warm and attentive service stood out. He took the time to explain the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. Every suggestion he madeâfrom the appetizers to the main courseâturned out to be absolutely delicious.
The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with a warm ambiance that complements its prime location. The view of the street beside the Sagrada Familia adds a special touch, making the dining experience feel even more memorable.
