SUSHI TIME — Restaurant in Barcelona

I am a regular sushi fan and rarely I felt so unconfortable at the restaurant like at this one. I came to celebrate my new job offer with my partner but instaed I just felt badly treated at this place.

First no body explained us the difference between the menu and the free buffet. Its was hectic and the waiters seemed disinterested and annoyed. We arrived 10 and felt already that we were going to be kicked out eventhough its closes at 11:30. After choosing the buffet option it was very unclear how many pieces of sushi each choice where included. The sushi had dried oniond and some of the barbeq sauce and mayonnaise, which completely destroyed the taste of the actually good fish they serve. After we where surpised to pay 17 each, instead of the orginally thoughts 12 euros, I told the chef of the place how badly the menu was designed (I just read monday to friday price on top of the menu and assumed we had to pay 12 euros because it was wednesday - but on the bottom they worte an exception for evenings). I told the chef how tricky I found this design and if this has happend to more people and just laughed straight to our faces. Just like that. I really felt fooled.

I can not recommend this place. They really treat their costumers badly. Go somwhere...

Having spent the last 5 months in Barcelona, we stumbled upon this gem of an all-you-can-eat sushi and grill restaurant on our first night. From the fresh and delectable food to the perfectly portioned servings, this place won our hearts. The staff's warmth is particularly noteworthy, especially when dining with our 1 and 2-year-old boys – they provide children's chairs, a rare find in Barcelona. With their doors open every day, it suits our family schedule perfectly.

What sets this place apart is the personalized touch – they remembered our usual orders and had them ready for the kids on our recent visit, even before we placed an order. It's not just about the food; it's the thoughtful service. In our opinion, it's the best all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant in terms of price and quality balance. We've introduced many friends and family to this spot, and unanimously, they agree that the current 3.8/3.9 rating is a significant understatement – this place deserves much more recognition!

Una experiencia desepcionante y desagradable.

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a comer despues de salir de trabajar ambos y nunca mas vamos a volver.

A mi parecer deja mucho que sear, una atención pesima de parte de un camarero joven y muy poco amigable hacía los clientes.

Trabajo en el sector de Restauración y de verdad que como profesianal en el sector quedo decepcionado.

Primeramente para comenzar la bienvenida muy desagradable, teniendo muchas mesas disponibles te sientan entre 2 mesas que para poder sentarse en el sofa era un reto, ya que el espacio entre mesas era de un palmo por cada lado, pienso que teniendo mas mesas dentro del local podian habernos ofrecido una mesa de 2 que estaba en pasillo por mi no habria sido ninguna molestia para ellos, ya que mas tarde sentaron una pareja en la misma.

Segundo, no creo que el camarero tenga razones para ir corriendo en la sala como si tuviera mucha faena teniendo bien contadas 5 mesas dentro del local y que en ningun momento se lleno mas ya que eran sobre a las 18:00

Y si fuera poco, la forma de entregar los platos del camarero fue lo que mas me molesto y lo que mas decepciono a la hora de comer ya que tiraba los platos en la mesa y a tal punto que no recogia los platos sucios que le facilitabamos en una esquina de la mesas para que se lo pueda llevar sin ningún problema(cosa que una camarera si recogia los platos al verlo vacio y muy educadamente), ponia los plato encima de platos sucios. Un poco mas ponia los platos llenos uno encima de otro.

Un punto bueno es que la camarer que nos cobro les explicamos lo sucedido y por lo menos supo escuchar y valorar la situacion.

Para terminar, decir que no recomiendo venir a este restaurante para pasar un tiempo agradable y tranquilo, minpareja y yo esa misma noche fuimos al hospital por una intoxicacion alimentaria, nunca mas volveremos.

El servicio y la comida deja mucho que desear, recomiendo otros bufet de la misma gastronomia de los restaurantes que tiene alrededor de la zona

Si quieren una comida solo para llenarse y acabar intoxicados, con posibilidad de contraer anisakis lo recomiendo, pero si quieren comida de calidad y a buen precio, no...
