My last visit made me very sad. firstly, they made me a completely tasteless cappuccino and the quality of the coffee in the drink and the foam were poor. The foam is too big and there is a lot of it, and the taste of coffee is almost not felt. I wouldn’t give such a low rating if I came to an establishment from which they don’t expect anything like 365, but here one cookie costs 3-4 euros and the price of coffee pretends to be of good quality. But that's not true. In addition, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. It was very cold outside and we went in with two small children to drink coffee and warm up. But after a few minutes we were asked to leave because our presence in the coffee shop did not correspond to the concept of the establishment. Cappuccino this time was a thick over whipped foam of milk with no trace of espresso which was apparently down on the bottom. When were asked politely to remake it, the barista went rude and tried to play a game with me on how I’d like it to be done. I’m not a barista, but I know how cappuccino should look like and taste like. Of course, he did it the same second time and refused to make a refund. He even played "it's late and I’m tired” card. Guys, it’s pathetic. The barista just doesn’t know how to make a good cappuccino. That happens. Just return money and be done with it. Apologize before a client and become better next time at your job. But no, instead he went victim blaming and tried to put it all on me, like I don’t know how cappuccino looks like. When I showed him a picture of a good one, he told me it’s a latte. Next time just put some oil inside a cup and call it cappuccino, why not?...
