The service is horrible. VERY DANGEROUS FOR VEGETARIANS!!! The waitress couldn’t memorize our 4 items of the order: patatas bravas, pan com tomate, croquetas de setas, queso manchego. THE ONLY THING THEY HAD WAS THE BRAVAS - probably made 2 days ago because it was tasting horrible and cold and mushy. The croquetas were filled with jamon all over the place. Ridiculous and disrespectful! They asked if we wanted to make a new order but they literally didn’t have anything and we had to leave from a restaurant STARVING. Careful tourists! It’s a trap!

You might even have a menu full of phrases and names of food, doesn’t mean you have them in the kitchen 😂 you guys do not have that many options because if you had, we wouldn’t have left the restaurant with absolutely nothing to eat, only olives and bread 😂 My advice: apologize when you make mistakes like that first of all. Then train your people to offer solutions and not send JAMON to a table with vegetarians!!! Your staff could have offered something to compensate for the mistake and instead we just starved. Horrible answer from you. There will not be a next time. I live literally next door to your restaurant and is always busy with Asian tourists that do not live here. Tourist trap. We felt sick after the lunch.

We ordered the patatas bravas, which were full of garlic and partially raw and hard. The croquettes, clearly frozen, were acceptable but not homemade (something not stated on the menu).

The meat, which was supposed to be served with a sauce (that never arrived), was extremely tough and inedible—we couldn’t even cut it with a knife. As for the paella, it was frozen, and the fish and mussels had a strange taste and smell.

The service was disappointing as well. The waiter, visibly annoyed, noticed we hadn’t eaten anything and asked if the food wasn’t good. When we answered no, he offered to bring us something else, but we declined. Despite this, we still had to pay the full price.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue decepcionante desde el momento en que llegué hasta que salí. Para empezar, la espera para una mesa fue excesivamente larga, a pesar de que había varias mesas vacías a la vista. Parecía que la organización y la gestión del lugar eran un desastre total.

Una vez sentados, el servicio fue lento e ineficiente. Los camareros parecían desinteresados y olvidaron nuestra bebida inicial. Tuvimos que recordárselo varias veces antes de que finalmente trajeran nuestras bebidas, que, para colmo, llegaron equivocadas.

La comida fue el punto más bajo de la experiencia. Pedí el filete a término medio y me llegó completamente crudo por dentro. Cuando le señalé esto al camarero, se llevó el plato sin una disculpa y lo trajo de vuelta después de haberlo cocido en exceso. Mi acompañante pidió una ensalada, que llegó con la lechuga marchita y el aderezo sin sabor.

El ambiente del restaurante tampoco ayudó. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear; las mesas estaban pegajosas y los baños eran un desastre.

Para rematar la experiencia, la cuenta llegó con cargos adicionales por cosas que no habíamos pedido ni consumido. Al señalarlo al personal, corrigieron la cuenta, pero no ofrecieron ninguna disculpa por el error.

En resumen, fue una gran decepción en todos los aspectos. La mala gestión, el servicio deficiente, la comida de mala calidad y el ambiente incómodo hicieron de esta una experiencia que no recomendaría a nadie....
