The Coffee Time — Restaurant in Barcelona

A beautiful and quaint cafe around the corner. Good for a short break or for breakfast.

The coffee was aromatic and affordable. It was fairly strong but not sour. The empanadas, both beef and chicken, were delicious. The toasts were also well done and there was a generous portion of avocado and salmon.

Service was swift and although we did not speak spanish and they did not speak much English, they still tried their best to communicate with us. They were extremely warm and friendly as well.

Would definitely be back if I spent...

Original and tasty array of croissants, macarons and other pastries, really different from the chains of bakeries that you find in any corner of Barcelona.
