Absolutely Amazing Umaimon Ramen Experience – 5 Stars

From the moment we walked in, Umaimon Ramen transported us straight to the heart of Tokyo with its incredible ambiance and authentic vibes. I indulged in the Mala Noukou Butatama Ramen, a spectacular blend of spicy flavors and tender pork that left me completely astounded at the first sip. The rich, spicy broth was both invigorating and deeply satisfying, making it an unforgettable dish.

My girlfriend opted for the Spicy Teriyaki Miso Ramen, which struck a perfect balance with its mid-level spiciness and succulent chicken. It was clear that both dishes were crafted with immense care and quality ingredients, highlighting the skill and authenticity behind the kitchen doors.

I used to love this place. My partner and I came almost every week because we loved the ramen here. However last night my experience and feeling with this place changed. How rude can a waitress be. I asked for a table for 2, however my partner wasnt joining me until 15 minutes later, this japanese lady tells me to stand and wait there in the queue until my partner arrived- after giving tables to everyone else after me... so i said I’d like to have wine while waiting for my partner and this joke of a waitress had the audacity to tell me to have the wine standing by their cashier/bar by the door. Wow!

Furthermore, which was the biggest and worst thing coming from a person none Spanish telling me to ‘Speak Spanish’ in the most racist way. I’m from Australia, I understand Spanish more than I can speak because I arrived in Barcelona 6months ago. And this coming from a japanese person supposed to give the most pleasant costumer service is just not acceptable. As a Ramen chain. this one is as good as It can get in Japan. i ordered 5 diffrent soup and curry to taste them and I have to say the texture and flavour of the noodle is perfectly done. some ramen place in Barcelona serve kind of powdery ramen that's a big no no . no matter what their excise is and the broth have a depth fof flavour and have a good dimensions. layer of taste. not just salty taste. topping is also ok although I wish they have different topping for different soup. now they are kind if too similar to each other.
