Urban Burger & Bar — Restaurant in Barcelona

I had the most incredible meal I think I’ve ever had. I came to Barcelona with my mum on an extreme day trip and found this place last minute for dinner, my phone was nearly dead and the amazing girl behind the bar Victoria put my phone on charge for me and was always always smiling the most warming smile. I had the chicken burger with cheese and the red onion and tomato (which I don’t usually like) and all the flavours complemented each other perfectly and the chicken was not dry at all and was absolutely amazing, and also at an incredible price. I was beyond impressed with the service product and the atmosphere and will 100% be returning to Barcelona even if it is simply to go back here....

Updated: 4 to 3 stars, went again and the service was extremely slow again, another 45 min waiting for 5 burgers and seeing a table which arrived before you receive theirs before ours.. the waitresses also had no idea which burger was what. The price was also a lot higher than before. Food still alright al though the fries were too salty.

Fuimos allí por la elección de unos amigos a los que les apetecían unas hamburguesas...y el sitio " parecía correcto". La carne de mi hamburguesa estaba tal cual la pedí " bien hecha" , hay sitios que te la queman por fuera y por dentro está cruda. Aquí la hamburguesa estaba correcta, bien hecha , se agradece .La cebolla caramelizada de la hamburguesa no era lo que me esperaba , era cebolla seca crujiente tipo chips de bote. Uno del grupo pidió una ensalada de" pollo " habían dos trocitos literal de pollo, lo verde era de bolsa unas cuantas hojas ; lo que si debería llamarse ensalada " picatostes" ya que era sólo eso lo que traía una vergüenza, hemos supuesto que fue un " accidente " y que nos sirvieron una bolsa de picatostes.Las patatas y chips de boniato que pedimos eran normalitas " no matan" . Lo más fuerte fue que eran sobre casi las 22hs ( 21:45) y entró una pareja para cenar y les dijeron que no, que SI ERA PARA LLEVAR sí, cenar allí no. NOS CHOCÓ LAS MANERAS. A nuestra mesa nos trajeron la cuenta por la cara sin preguntarnos si queríamos postres, cafés o alguna copa, con la cuenta nos echaron y yo aún con la hamburguesa a medias... Pasó que en lo que pagábamos también más gente quiso entrar y les dijeron " ya estamos cerrados". Nos chocó bastante eso y " la bolsa de picatostes " llamada ensalada ; obviamente no repetiremos y no lo recomendaremos , al contrario . Y gracias por querer " rectificar" no hace falta, si tenían " problemas" en la cocina , hubiese sido menos grosero Decírnoslo y no ahora que no tuviste las five stars, es lo que hay. No se vuelva más donde no se estuvo a...
