VIVARI Cafeteria Forn de pa — Restaurant in Barcelona

We went to get coffee and sandwiches from this place on our way to the beach last Sunday. My daughter ordered the green smoothie, within an hour she was complaining of severe stomach pains and within two hours she was suffering from the most terrible vomiting and diarrhoea which lasted 48 hours. It had to be the smoothie which caused this because my husband, mother in law and myself ate and drank exactly the same things all weekend, as my daughter apart from the smoothie. I have tried contacting customer services but haven't received a response. I would avoid this place at all costs. This is the first bad review I have ever written about a business but the fact that I didn't receive a response from their customer services concerns me, it could have been a much more serious situation if my daughter wasn't a fit, healthy...

The worst flat white I have had in years !!

Walked to this cafeteria for a “flat white” just before an online meeting.

This is the WORST flat white coffee that I had in years !! Really really bad ! It was half water and absolutely no taste of the Milk. They said it is done like that. Which confirms employees here do not know how to deal with unsatisfied customers. Maybe they need training on customer service. Since clients are the ones keeping this store running.

When complained after my online meeting the girl using glasses asked me “what she should do with my complain?” Unbelievable the poor service. Not even an apology.i mentioned i did not want another coffee but they should know they flat white was just water some wth coffee flavor.

Just went there to have a Break and Order some icetea. This is where It Starts, there is No Menu and or way to see any prices. So i went to the cashier and asked, however she didnt speak english (alr No big Deal), so she goes to get her Boss who tells me the pricess. I proceed to ask for a few of the Drinks which she replies to with: None of them are in Stock, choose another one. After choosing i Had to wait aprox 10 Minutes until she screamed at me : "THIS IS SELFESERVICE". So i get Up to get the Drinks, once at the counter she lashes Out at me telling me to pay the Drink "right now". How should the average Customer visting the First time know it's selfservice when there is No sign and 2 workers behind the Counter. Customer...
