Bella Napoli Pizzería - Con y sin gluten — Restaurant in Burgos

Friendly service staff, but sadly disappointing dishes, specially considering the price. Underwhelming food and poor value. Feeling quite misled by the 4.3 rating at time of writing this. Looks like prices have increased and perhaps the quality has done the opposite?

Looking at an older photo of the menu posted by another customer, the macaroni con carne was €7 one year ago. Tonight I was charged €12 for penne con carne... I don't think penne cost much more than macaroni!?

Pizza Caprichosa. Pizza bread was nice enough, thin and crispy, but the ham was the wrong colour of pink, lacking flavour and appearing to be very fatty and processed. The sparse offering of thinly cut simple white mushrooms did almost nothing to add to flavour. The tomato sauce base also indistinct. An excessive quantity of almost tasteless cheese though...

The penne in the penne con carne had the consistency of supermarket bought pasta, not the premium brands... The sauce again indistinct, very weak in flavour and quite sweet. We had to dig around to find the meager teensy pieces or tough carne which didn't help. There was a hint of heat and peppers but again not able to give the dish any character. The onions were undercooked and again did little.

Could not recommended these...

The interior of this eatery is very small and almost uncomfortable as the workers are looking over you whilst you are eating (the tables are at the side of the takeaway counter hence they lack privacy). The terrace does look nice but only really suitable for summer weather!

We ordered a large half and half pizza which was absolutely tasteless and they barely put any toppings on the pizzas either. Probably the worst pizza I have eaten which is a shame as the pizzas do look appealing but they just lack taste; you can't even taste the cheese or the sauce, just the base.

One good thing is that they do accommodate half and half pizzas, as a lot of places don't, or if they do, they make...

Desde que descubrí está pizzería al abrir sus puertas nunca me he podido resistir, pues es de las que más me trasladana a Roma en cuanto a aspecto, sabor y su tradición....pero tengo que decir que ayer estuve cenando con mi hijo y me llevé una gran desilusión. Las pizzas han bajado su calidad en los ingredientes, si bien están ricas de sabor el jamón ya no es de la misma calidad ni se presenta natural como al principio. Está picado y eso conlleva dudas ( la loncha entera de sus inicios daba fiabilidad y confianza). El peperoni en la pizza de ayer estaba casi medido y calculado si nos descuidamos ni sabor coge la pizza. Me pareció que la popularidad ha hecho que sus dueños pierdan su esencia y como muchos suban precios y bajen calidades; una pena!!!

Además he de decir que me cobraron por un verdejo Pariente 3,40€...una auténtica EXAGERACIÓN!!! En la plaza del rey San Fernando, en la misma Catedral y siendo Marqués de Riscal te pueden cobrar 2.80€ pero estás en frente de esa maravilla de piedra con vistas insuperables!!! Es totalmente exagerado cobrar 3'40€ por un verdejo!!!! Haztelo mirar!!!En definitiva, una pena. He recomendado a mucha gente su local, he consumido allí, y para llevar a domicilio muchas veces y me decepciona que pierdan su esencia y se unan a la mayoría: popularidad= subida de precio bajada de...
