First of all, I would like to thank the Mero team for their hospitality. They welcomed me with a smile when I entered. I had to use translation to communicate in English in many restaurants in Burgos, but we could still communicate. When I asked for their recommendations for ordering, they said chicken bath (4.90€) and Sakana Passion (13.90€) and I ordered them. It was very enjoyable to eat with the pickled onion and special bread in the chicken bath. In Uramaki fusion, the taste balance, temperature and salt ratio were very good. The inside looked very clean and decent. The presentation of the food was nice. Even though it is in a side street in a square in Burgos, everyone should definitely try it. There is also nice music playing inside. It should not be overlooked by looking at it from the outside. You should definitely go in for the atmosphere. For dessert, I ordered mochi based on other reviews. Among the 3 varieties (strawberry, mango and passion fruit), my favorite was definitely passion fruit. Thanks again. Greetings...
