The second waitress we had saved the experience, otherwise I would have given this place 3 stars or less. The initial waitress we had took 15 minutes to bring us the menu, but she did bring us our drinks pretty fast. Our order took a while to come out, to the point where we cancelled two of our tapas — which we waited an extra 30-45 minutes for, after our other food came out and we thought they maybe had not even been added to our tab (but they had). We ordered the stuffed asparagus (delicious), and the ibérico with sobrasada (outstanding) but were underwhelmed by the sample platter of salazones. The sample platter of salazones was a variety of smoked fish which was way too salty for my taste, we left it half uneaten. Maybe it would be better to share with a bigger group, I just couldn’t bear to eat more than one of each (if that). The drinks were cheap (1,20 for a glass of wine or beer) and the second waitress we had was wonderful. Read moreThe service was horrible. They worked out as if it was an athletics game, and did it well as such, but reduced us guests to a mere figure in the cashmashine. I basically had to catch the tapas dishes on the fly. And I hade the wrong wine. From the very beginning I was a trouble. I will never come back. Worse service than McDonalds. It was quite cheap though. But food was absolutely nothing special at all.
If you want fast food, this is a revolutionary experience for the better. If you want to enjoy good tapas and pleasant service: go somewhere else! Anything would do. There's plenty options just next door.

Pedimos todo a la vez: una tapa de papas aliñadas, una de chicharrones, una tosta (esto de entrantes), una tapa de carrillada y tres tapas de carrillada al queso viejo. Nada era de elaboración especial, son cosas que eso ya está hecho a excepción de la tosta que era de salmorejo, jamón y huevo de codorniz.
Pues bien traen dos entrantes y cuando terminamos la tapa de carrillada, esperando un rato y los demas mirando. A la media hora larga traen las 3 tapas de queso viejo que ni por asomo es como sale en las fotos y una de las personas que venía con con nosotras ha ido muchas veces y nos dijo: esa tapa antes no era así. La tosta, que era un entrante, vino a la hora y media de pedir.
Las mesas de al lado también estaban teniendo problemas. Se lo comunicamos de manera muy educada a los camareros y sus respuestas fueron: es que aquí todo se hace al momento y tenemos una mesa de 20 personas dentro (no es nuestro problema, no abarqueis tanto), es que la tosta tarda más porque es al horno, es que la carrillada con queso tarda más en hacerse.
Yo entiendo que no se puede llegar y corriendo servirnos, pero para la comida que era nos pareció un pasote. A parte de las excusas tontas porque son tapas que ya están hechas, eso es servir y calentar, menos la tosta, que tampoco es que tarde una hora el horno (por cierto el pan durisimo por los bordes y no es el pan de antes).
Una y no más, cuando se falla hay que asumirls errores, no dar respuesta como si fuéramos tontos: que las papas y los chicharrones están hecho y la carrillada tampoco se guisa a medida que la gente pide, eso es un guiso que ya está hecho.
