Spent a perfect Friday night at Olom Roof Top Bar in Cádiz. The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant, and the staff (Susanna & David) were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The highlight? Without a doubt, the breathtaking view of the cathedral – absolutely stunning, especially as the sun sets. Sipping on a perfectly cold gin & tonic while taking in that view made for an unforgettable moment. Don't go if you value your time. We waited an hour for a medium-good cocktail on a sofa with broken glass under the cushions. We wanted to enjoy a few more cocktails, but after another hour of waiting in which we didn't even get the menu card, we gave up and asked for the bill. After another 20 minutes of waiting for the check, we decided to go downstairs to pay at the bar. I would definitely not go there again. The bartender charged me 27.50€ (instead of 12€) for ONE Aperol Spritz . I paid with the card and Unfortunately, I only realized it later in hotel . Attempts to resolve the situation via email and social media were unsuccessful.
