Horrible, dirty, selling old bread. Never entering this bakery again, as today the lady owner sold me yesterday's bread that was semi-dry already. Apart from that one baguette felt onto the dirty floor while she took one another for me. It was all the time down there while she was counted the change for me. And after she simply took it back to the main shelf with the rest. On my question how it is possible to return it back for sale and not to throw it to the garbage, she said "smiling" it is ok. It was all the years here - bad smell, same hands on coins and bread (no gloves)...but now after this mocking cheeky smile I decided to share this...

This is hands down the best bakery in Mallorca, the food, coffee, ensaimadas and pastries are top notch. I loved the atmosphere, ambiance, professionalism and friendliness. They are located in a great area and it’s very clean and accommodating. They have newspapers available for you to read (in different languages) for you to enjoy while visiting . Si has llegado hasta aquí dudando si consumir en este establecimiento, permíteme ahorrarte tiempo: no lo hagas.

En primer lugar, la calidad del producto es tan estándar que no justifica, en absoluto, el precio que se paga. Pero eso no sería suficiente motivo para dejar una reseña negativa. Lo que convierte esta experiencia en algo que merece ser señalado públicamente es el trato recibido.

Como directora creativa y profesional con experiencia en el valor de la atención al cliente como parte del producto en sí, sé que un buen servicio puede elevar una experiencia mediocre, pero un mal trato arruina hasta el mejor producto.

Lo que aquí se ofrece, lamentablemente, es una atención marcada por la condescendencia, altivez y una actitud soberbia difícil de justificar. La persona que atiende se permite tratar al cliente con desdén, como si estuviera haciéndote un favor por permitirte consumir ahí.

Prepotencia, condescendencia y mala educación son las verdaderas protagonistas de este local. Y lo más grave es que no se trata de un caso aislado: basta con leer otras reseñas para darse cuenta de que este comportamiento es parte del patrón, no la excepción.

Ni el producto merece la pena, ni mucho menos el mal trago que supone cruzarte con alguien que claramente no sabe lo que significa estar cara al público.

En resumen: experiencia decepcionante, producto mediocre y atención lamentable. Ojalá esta crítica sirva, si no para mejorar algo, al menos para que otros no pierdan su tiempo ni su...
