Had a very bad experience with this restaurant. Very bad service. Nothing comparable to what you get in the United Kingdom. Customer service is zero. I bought a family bucket of pieces of chicken. I was asked if I wanted a mixture of Crispy chicken and the original flavour because they were short of the original. I insisted on the original, and was told I will have to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes. I waited and finally got the bucket. On getting home I found out that they have mixed the crispy and the original flavour. I was angry and called their head office the next day. They promised to send and email to me and called me back. This is about two months and I haven't heard from them. I went back to the restaurant to complain, and the guy at the counter was rather upset, saying they are not robots. He said I should have checked the food before leaving!!! How do you do that when there is a long queue of customers waiting? Which to him means they are prone to making mistakes. Read moreThey were extremely rude . Today I visited the restaurant In mirimar. It’s not the first time I have been there so they know I’m a regular customer. But today at 12 noon I went and the shutter was half down. The screens were on so I decided it was safe to enter. Well more fool me. I was standing patiently at the counter and at 12.01 pm a man comes out starts shouting at me , very aggressively that I should not be there that he is not ready and I informed him that it is after 12 and the restaurant is meant to be open. He is shouting Burger King are not even open. Anyhow I was told to leave. A few minutes later they opened the shutter so I decided to go in again with my daughter to place my order and the manager who appeared just slung my order at me. How dare they treat customers in this way. Now he has always been a bit grumpy but today he was out of order . All I came in for was a bargain bucket. Read moreI am very annoyed with the customer service, the man behind the counter was nice when taking my order, but as soon as I asked for something to be changed, his attitude quickly changed as well. I only asked to change a kids meal ice cream from a pink sauce to a strawberry. He then just took the ice cream and put the strawberry sauce over the one I didn’t want. Then when I went back to ask for an ice cream with ONLY strawberry sauce, he than started to argue with me. Asking “who's fault is this? And this is a waste” I then just told him to keep it and throw it away. As I walked away, he then made sign’s with his hands like I am crazy. As a customer.
