I have never posted before but I feel compelled to do so this time, because this was a truly terrible dinner. We had a “Catalan stew” which was snail pasta from a box, stuffed with ground beef and boiled, served with the water which resembled a beef/pasta broth. No potatoes or carrots or anything else that populated the photos of Catalan stew I looked at afterwards. And a filet that we ordered medium that arrived barely rare and which had a good taste but which was literally inedible, as in you could not chew through it. And the service was utterly indifferent. They did not bother to ask how it was even when presented with a plate of half masticated meat. Note: I did not send anything back or ask for anything to be done because I have no desire to argue and pretty much assume they are incapable of better. I came here because of the reviews that say this place is celiac friendly. My experience was not friendly. I orders the nachos with meat and asked twice if it was gluten free. The annoyed waiter insisted it was a seemed to be upset at my inquiry. We were brought nachos with no meat. I asked for the proper dish to be brought and added an extra inquiry to ensure they were gluten free. The new waiter told me they were not. I asked for a new dish and they told me they wouod come back to serve me. I didn’t get to order another dish for 40 minutes. I have been here at the restaurant 1.5 hours and have not yet eaten. EVITAR si no quereis ser ESTAFADOS. NUNCA me habia pasado algo asi. NUNCA dejo reseñas malas pero la FALTA DE HONESTEDAD Y PROFESIONALIDAD en este negocio es algo que teneis que saber. En 2 semanas he venido 4 veces, con amigos, familia,… para picar o desayunar algo porque tienen buen producto. La 3a vez que fui nos dimos cuenta de que te cobran a 7,20€ el bocadillo de iberico cuando en la carta marca 6€. Siempre lo pedimos y las veces pasadas no nos dimos cuenta. Entonces nos dicen que estan subiendo precios, me parece fenomenal pero se empieza por marcar en la carta antes que cambiarlo en el ordenador porque estais ENGAÑANDO A LA GENTE. Marcando con permanente o una etiqueta ya sirve tambien, pero la que supongo que es la encargada (me ha acusado de MALA PERSONA Y APROVECHADA) ha dicho que tiene que pasar por dirección el cambio. WAIT WHAT? Que chiste! si minimo llevais 2 semanas con el precio a 6€ en carta y 7,20€ en ordenador. Encima me MIENTE diciendo que los camareros avisan a los clientes cuando IMPOSIBLE que esteis avisando porque ninguno lo sabia en los dos dias que hemos ido que el precio en carta estaba mal. Pero encima cuando lo reclamamamos nos acusaron de que como AYER fuimos y nos dijeron que el precio estaba mal HOY lo sabiamos y que nos estabamos aprovechando, cuando os he dejado claro que si la cambiais en la carta a 7,20€ pagare el precio y vendre igual porque me gusta el ambiente y el producto. Que venimos porque nos gusta, no me va a venir de 1,20€ por favor. LITERAL que he ido 4 veces en 2 semanas. Se lo que es trabajar en hosteleria y siempre soy muy paciente y entiendo las cosas pero no soporto que se ENGAÑE A LA GENTE, la falta de profesionalidad de la encargada porque encima de no ser asertiva ni solucionar el problema, va con aires acusandote. Encima me dice que me han hecho el DESCUENTO los 2 dias, si marca 6€ y me cobra 6€ no veo ningun descuento, si no que me cobra lo que TOCA… encima me dice que TODO el equipo ya sabe quien soy y que solo me van a atender si pago 7,20€, lo cual no hay problema si lo cambiais en carta por favor QUE ES LO UNICO QUE PIDO, que tan dificil de entender eso.
