🇪🇸 Spain's Hidden Gem: 8 Must-See Granada Spots You Can't Miss!

We visited for an afternoon break and found this place, which was recommended to see, and we were not disappointed. We’ve ordered a Full portion of Thick Churros and 2 Hot chocolate. It was very unfortunate that it took us so long to have the hot chocolate that we had to inform them that while we got our churros, we’d been waiting for our hot chocolate, and when we asked for it, the guy who assisted us seemed like he forgot about and right away we got it. Always ask for the bill copy to ensure they won’t double charge you. Overall, we’re pleased with the quality of the churros and hot chocolate; I must say that it’s the best so far from other cities that we have visited, both churros and hot chocolate. It is worth the visit, and hopeful for improvement regarding the efficiency of the staff service.

It was around 10:00 a.m. and it was already full maybe because it's almost end of your so people are spending time here in Granada but fortunately we didn't wait too long and directly got our seat. The service was fast and maybe because the restaurant was always crowded, the staffs don't really smile that much. But this kind of job is always stressful especially in a very crowded restaurant. The churros was delicious, it doesn't have much oil. And it is typical andalusian churros so it's a bit salty compared to the catalunyan. The hot chocolate was thick and delicious. A bit too hot cos it burns my tongue. So you can let them cold after dipping the churros in. I suggest to avoid the night or evening because it was really crowded, it's better to go in the morning.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a prosciutto pizza and a carbonara pizza. The waiter repeated the order after us. However, they brought us a margherita instead of the prosciutto. When I pointed that out to the waiter, he got very mad and started arguing with me that I ordered the margherita pizza. Then he started speaking angrily in Spanish and went and talked to a manager gesturing and loudly arguing. I honestly would have been OK if he said that he made a mistake, but to accuse me of lying is what upset me. He kept walking away from the manager, then going back and talking in an upset manner. I spoke to the manager to explain what was going on but she insisted it was a misunderstanding because I don’t speak Spanish. I told her it doesn’t make sense because I said prosciutto then she argues that prosciutto is Italian. It was ridiculous and nonsense! Again, she told me it’s my mistake because I don’t speak Spanish and I said the wrong word. Then she says she will give me prosciutto on top of the margherita pizza. They took it and brought it back with a few small, thick slices of ham that have nothing to do with prosciutto. Rude and...

Overpriced tourist trap. Took our picky kids to eat there because how can anyone mess up pasta and pizza? The spaghetti with tomato sauce was bleh. The sauce was so nasty. The lasagna was just sauce and cheese. My husband said there "may" have been ONE noodle in there somewhere. And maybe the pizza prosciutto was disappointing because we had just spent a week in Italy but the crust was tasteless, the sauce was like the chef boyardee sauce on the spaghetti , the prosciutto was cut into little tiny squares and then oregano was mixed in with the cheese. We live in Germany and frequently have pizza prosciutto (my son's favorite) at authentic Italian restaurants in southern Germany, Austria, and Italy. I do not think I have ever had a pizza this bad. Overall, expensive terrible food...
