Very bad customer service. Even though the whole place was completely empty since it was the middle of the day, the server (an older guy) told us everything is reserved and did’t let us sit where we wanted to and gave us the worst table. It says restroom for customers, so after we had our meal we asked to use the restroom, and the guy told us we don’t have a restroom in the restaurant and told us to go downstairs. We didn’t find a restroom downstairs so came back upstairs to ask where it was. The server said it was for customers only. We were confused because it was the same person who served us less than a minute ago. Some other guy came around from the kitchen who let us use the restroom after I showed our credit charge from the restaurant. NO COMPASSION- EVEN FOR A BABY

My family went here after returning our audioguides and the tour business below. The sign said, "Abierto." When we arrived, the man said, takeout only - not a problem. I read the sign that also said "bathrooms for clientele only" - also not a problem.

We purchased two water bottles for €3 in order to be respectful of the "bathrooms for clientele only" sign. When I asked to change my baby's diaper in the restroom, I was flat-out told, "No."

A paying customer with a baby; and you can't spare a bathroom for two minutes? That's not just rude--that's heartless. The lack of basic human decency here is honestly shocking.

Very bad for vegans. I asked for a bigger portion of spaghetti with tomato sauce (child menu) but the waiter refused to do it because it was for children only. He offered a salad. To go sure I clarified that it shouldn't contain any eggs, meat, fish or cheese and ordered it. Then I received a salad WITH eggs and tuna. I once again clarified that this is NOT vegan. He took the salad to the kitchen and just took the tuna down. I received a salad still with eggs and leftovers of the tuna so I did not eat it.
