Hicimos una reserva a las 22 horas, (la hicimos porque nos dijeron que la cocina cerraba a las 23 horas) ; como vuelo llegó con retraso, hablamos con Rest a 21.40 indicándoles q acaban amos aterrizar e íbamos. Estábamos en la puerta de Rest a las 22.15 horas. Una mujer me indica que la cocina no cierra a las 23 horas (como algún empleado suyo nos había dicho) que cierra a las 22.30 y que “nos busquemos la vida” (no con esas palabras).

Entiendo que para un restaurante que vayan un grupo de personas a cenar a las 22 15 es un engorro sobre todo si está casi vacío como era el caso pero también tiene que darse cuenta el negocio que lo puede explicar de una forma educada y dado que somos gente comprensible, entender situaciones e irnos a otro lado. O como lo hicieron… con cajas destempladas e indicando que nadie de su negocio podía haber dicho que cerraban cocina a 23 horas. -debería hablar con su personal y unificar criterios)

En fin…. El éxito no es lo que se hizo en el pasado en un Rest, sino lo que haces hoy. Y la educación nunca puede perderla un Negocio, y menos uno que tiene una historia que defender.

Muy deficiente este apartado; de la comida no puedo hablar, porque como habrán entendido, no la probamos.

————— COMENTARIO TRAS RESPUESTA.

El relato es así. La reserva era a las 21.30 y hace una semana se cambió a las 22 horas.

Y las conjeturas de que estábamos haciendo check in no es así. Estábamos aparcando coches.

Y por último, hago un comentario de una cosa q no es la comida, y lo especifico en mi comentario.

Por último, tengo fotos de las horas de las llamadas; e incluso el WhatsApp con El hotel indicándoles que llegaríamos después de las 00. Horas, por lo que su conjetura no es acertada. pero no voy a rebajarme a ese nivel; quien lea esto, sacará sus conclusiones. (Y le ayudará su respuesta a mi comentario 1º)

No obstante, le indico las fechas de llamadas y horas, para que pueda comprobar que todo lo que le comento es cierto: 14/2/25. (10.58 hrs) llamo para hacer reserva 21/3/25. a las 21.30 horas. - hablé con una mujer 11/3/25 (16.48 hrs) - llamo para cambiar reserva, -me atiende un hombre- cambió reserva al mismo día que teníamos , pero a las 22 horas (no 21.30) - quien me atiende me dice que cierran cocina a las 23 horas tras preguntárselo yo por saber si podíamos hacer cambio. 21/3/25. (21.39 hrs) me llaman vds para confirmar reserva, les digo que acabamos de aterrizar y que vamos a ir directos - salimos del vuelo, cogimos coches, y fuimos directos 21/3/25 (22.21 hrs) me llama, al mismo tiempo estaban entrando mis amigas por su puerta. Nos dice que no nos va a atender.

Feliz no me hace, hubiera preferido hacer un grandísimo comentario de su Rest y de su comida…. Y de su atención

Coincido con vd, eivissa siempre. Tras su negativa a atendernos, fuimos a otro restaurante donde nos gastamos muy cómodamente el dinero, y nos atendieron genial....

A very mixed experience. We sat outside which was nice, and the staff were friendly. Our starters were great, vegetable soup and canapes. We opted for Lobster Paella for two, for main course and it was pretty awful. There was a full lobster shell, but we couldn't identify a single piece of lobster at all, and cracking open the claws etc revealed minute amounts of lobster meat so massively overcooked it had almost desintigrated. Whoever cooked this dish either didn't know how to cook lobster or didn't care...we kept joking during the meal that maybe they had a lobster shell that they kept on reusing with a few microwaved frozen lobster claws for effect, as this is what it tasted like. I would possibly eat here again due to the rustic quality of the starters, but would be very careful of the seafood. Based on my level of enjoyment of the meal I would have given 1 star, the 3 stars reflects my opinion that we had...

Terrible service! Someone from the island told us about the restaurant and had a good review about it but then when we showed up without reservation and asked if we can eat there (we saw that the restaurant was almost empty ). The lady in the front went to ask someone in charge and then came a another lady that was very rude saying that we can't eat because the restaurant was full with reservations. A few minutes later we called to book a table and it was possible to reserve and it was also possible choose a table outside or inside. We reserved but did'nt showed up. It was not a correct approach , it is possible that was because we are five young adults or another thing......

This is a restaurant mentioned in the Michelin guide, however, the service was just not there: on a cool October night, we asked whether we can sit indoors because a small kid was feeling cold. The indoor tables were all prepared even with glasses on the table. The waiter said, you can only sit outside since all the indoor seats were not cleaned and he did not want to do it. At that time, this was the only restaurant on the street with zero guests and their neighbors did have indoor seatings ready. We could only leave then, waiter replied: fine. No wonder after our 2h dinner elsewhere and other restaurants were almost packed, this one was still having zero guests.

Very disappointing experience. They didn’t have the table we had reserved. Managed to squeeze us in (quite some tables were available). Service was very slow. The lamb chops were the worst I’ve had. Tiny amounts of meat, overcooked, poor presentation on the plate. Came with chips and mushrooms. That’s it. Wanted to overcharge us for bread that hadn’t arrived. Sparkling mineral water is extremely salty. Gave 2 instead of 1 star as my friends sort of liked the paella. The restaurant is displaying some “Michelin 2020” plaque (no star), which I find very hard to believe.

Definiría la experiencia como algo muy familiar. Debido al calor, hemos comido dentro, lo cual ha tenido ventajas y alguna desventaja. El sitio por dentro, es acogedor y decorado a la antigua, pero con mucho gusto. Estar dentro, nos ha aportado una temperatura increíble en este día tan caluroso… el problema han sido las quejas reiteradas que se repetían dentro de la cocina, pero, por lo demás, los camareros y la maître han sido de lo más amables y resolutivos. En cuanto a la comida, poco que objetar, platos clásicos terminados con buena destreza. En esta ocasión, calamares de potera en su tinta y unos canelones como los de la abuela. Eso sí, lo que ha brillado han sido los postres, la greixonera con romero, un clásico ibicenco riquísimo y, sin duda, la estrella el mousse de higos con una chantilly espectacular. Los pases entre platos algo lentos, sin entrantes unos 35 minutos esperando al principal, pero, al no tener prisa, ha sido una gran experiencia. Espero que puedan mantener el sol Repsol y la recomendación en la guia Michelin.

Definiría la experiencia como algo muy familiar. Debido al calor, hemos comido dentro, lo cual ha tenido ventajas y alguna desventaja. El sitio por dentro, es acogedor y decorado a la antigua, pero con mucho gusto. Estar dentro, nos ha aportado una temperatura increíble en este día tan caluroso… el problema han sido las quejas reiteradas que se repetían dentro de la cocina, pero, por lo demás, los camareros y la maître han sido de lo más amables y resolutivos. En cuanto a la comida, poco que objetar, platos clásicos terminados con buena destreza. En esta ocasión, calamares de potera en su tinta y unos canelones como los de la abuela. Eso sí, lo que ha brillado han sido los postres, la greixonera con romero, un clásico ibicenco riquísimo y, sin duda, la estrella el mousse de higos con una chantilly espectacular. Los pases entre platos algo lentos, sin entrantes unos 35 minutos esperando al principal, pero, al no tener prisa, ha sido una gran experiencia. Espero que puedan mantener el sol Repsol y la recomendación en la guia Michelin.
