COCKROACHEEEESSS!!!!!!

Last summer on 05 October we went to Tiki Taco, as we do every summer when we come to Ibiza. We love the place and love the food there even though I've often noticed that the tables outside are really dirty and unhygienic.

When we arrived on the plane in October, we were in the mood for a margherita and a few of our favourite tacos. When we placed our order and the waitress brought our food, she put everything on the table. Suddenly, a cockroach crawled out of the rattan table and hopped up onto our plate. That was just disgusting. The waitress then offered to change tables and brought us new tacos, but I couldn't finish another bite after that. From then on, all I saw were the thousands of dirty patches of old food on the tables. I love Tiki Taco but I think they should really get hygienic tables for the outside area so that no bugs can hide in there.

I mean cockroaches are really disgusting and pathogens and when they walk around the tables at night when the shop is closed to eat the fallen food and the next day the guests eat there, it's just a disgusting idea. The cleaning cloth that was used to wipe the table for us also looked very old and dirty. We won't be coming back for a while, it was just too disgusting and...

Honestly, I'm still in shock at how terrible the service was from the two women working here. From the moment we sat down at a dirty table, it was clear the staff didn't care. We requested for the table to be cleared and they said this was an 8 person table and we were a group of 7 and once they realised they took a good 15 minutes to clean it. Finally once they started clearing the table, it felt like they were doing us a favour. Multiple parts of our groups order was forgotten, and when we asked about it, we were met with rudeness and disbelief. It's one thing to make a mistake, but the staff's attitude was unacceptable. They were dismissive, unapologetic, and made us feel like an inconvenience. This place clearly doesn't value its customers, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants where you can get decent food without the side of disrespect. This place had such potential but staff are a businesses greatest asset and they have ruined it...

The service here was shockingly bad. We arrived at a table covered in old food, and when we politely asked for it to be cleaned, the staff were rude and dismissive. It took forever for them to finally clean it. The staff seemed completely uninterested in serving us, they forgot my guacamole and ignored us when we tried to get their attention. When I finally got a staff member to listen, she rolled her eyes right in front of my face and snapped, "What?" It was unbelievably rude. We also inquired about my friend's missing taco, and she walked away mid-sentence. When we asked again, she falsely claimed, "No, you already ate it," even though he clearly hadn't. He never received his taco. The staff's behavior was appalling and ruined the entire experience. Avoid this place if you value decent service and...
