Coyote Bar — Restaurant in La Oliva

Tucked away on the North-west coast line of Fuerteventura is the little fishing village of El Cotillo. It is a beautiful place, beautiful resturants, surfers, friendly locals and stunning views...It is here you will find a favourite of mine!! For all the bars in all the countries all over the world, few are as special as Coyete bar and its wonderful owner and host Axel. Stay a while and you enjoy a drink, stay longer and you will sing...stay the whole night and you make friends of strangers, share stories, find smiles and find a part of your heart missing the place once you have left and flown away. All bars serve food and drink...very few bars serve friendship and warmth that lasts for a lifetime. Go there, enjoy Aexl's quirky taste in decorations, hear his wonderful voice and at times questionable guitar playing when it gets late....but most of all, stay late, drink lots and join in...for you will be making cherish...

Been visiting Cotillo for a number of years & always look forward to drinks and live music in The Coyote Bar. No trip would be complete without nights in one of my favourite places. Axel and Niki ever ready with a warm welcome. A great place to meet and chat with locals and other holidaymakers from various countries at the same time as enjoying the atmosphere and entertainment. Not to be missed even if travelling solo, a lively, friendly and quirky bar offering something different thanks to Axel’s (Captain Ax) models and woodwork. I had the pleasure of visiting Coyote Bar a couple of times and it was an unforgettable experience! Nestled in a charming spot with direct view to the sea, the bar offers a great relaxing evening experience. We caught the sunset and the ambiance was truly warming and inviting, with a laid-back island vibe that instantly relaxes you. The staff, Niki and Axel, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home! Definitely...
