We just left there w a party of 9. Came out of a flamenco show from El Ronco Gallo. Wanted to go for dinner w my family of 9. In laws, kids etc. they were friendly and accommodating to us at the beginning. We ordered and had everyone’s order on notes on our iPhone to help expedite and help the server. Everything came, average portions as well as quality. We made sure we ordered everyone’s choices, one meal was missing. Noticed and they reordered. 15 min later still nothing. Everyone had finished their meal but still nothing for my daughter. Mistakes happen. I was in customer service for 15 years I know. But a smirk is not the response you would expect. I asked for her meal to go and told them I don’t expect to pay for it. Nevertheless the response was conceited. We haggled for a couple of minutes and realized they were not going to admit their fault even though half the table heard the initial order. The worse was the smirk and conceitedness. It’s not about the money. I paid the bill. Not worth wasting your time since there’s many other places to eat. Literally everywhere. Definitely not a place that you will leave w positive memories. Go somewhere else. They literally don’t care. Only before you sit down. This is not a review from another Business nor a bot. We are well seasoned travellers. Trust me go somewhere else. Even next door lol. I had the Paella for two….not even remotely enough...

We came out of the flamenco show at el gallo Ronco. It was amazing. 9 of us incl my parents and kids were needing dinner. Owner was initially excellent and was accommodating to my mom’s vegan needs. We had a friend that was from Tenerife so he added everyone’s orders into notes on how iPhone to help with the ordering. When the smoke cleared my daughter did not receive her meal. They acknowledged and re entered her order. 15 min later we were all finished eating and she still had not received her meal. We asked for take out and expected compensation since we all heard the initial order. Twice. Bottom line, the owner wipes his hands clean and said it was up to the waiter if he would (admit) to the mistake. My husband was not happy, shook his hand and paid the bill. Still with a smirk on the waiters face and not admitting to mistake. The arrogance on the staff was unbelievable. Thats the worse of it. Don’t fall for the fakeness of this place. Go...
