Update 19th October:
Thank you for the replying if we ever go back to the restaurant again, I will make it sure that the staff there tell all the customers have the reservation at the same time, they will be informed their reservation has 1.5 hours limit, cause that date the waitress only tell us, never told any other customers. When we be pushed to leave, they were still eating, so if you think it was a misunderstanding. We will respect the explanation you provided. Today we went to the restaurant with the fork offer, and when we were eating the waitress came to us to tell us that we only have 1.5 hours for this table cause we use the offer, and later they have other reservation for this table. Which we think this was really low and bad practicing of the restaurant. If you think the customer who use the offer to eat here should be treated worse than the regular customer, then maybe you shouldn't give any offers. Cause you let the waitress came to us every 10 minutes trying to remove the dishes we still didn't finish and remind us that we have to leave by 2:30 PM when you never written this on the reservation email, so this is really unacceptable and really low. We were being nice, so that's why we didn't want to make a big complaints in the place, but this is something the restaurant...
Read moreThe service is great. We don't speak Spanish, but the staff do provide an English menu. We ordered grilled vegetables, iberia ham, steak tar tar and Arronz con gambas. All food are cooked with passion and fantastic favors. The atmosphere of the restaurant is chill and charm. The location is great (just near the Parque de EI Retiro) we first took a walk in the park then visit the restaurant. We definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to have good food in Madrid!
Update: We come back again, and it shows us the same high standard with excellent quality of food and very...
