Cervecería Churruca — Restaurant in Madrid

Bueno la experiencia ha sido una de las más deteriorantes que he tenido, hace tanto no recibía un tacto y servicio tan mediocre. PRIMERO entró con mi madre que necesita gafas para leer, el señor de la barra con barba y no pelado nos comunica que hay cartelitos en la mesa al lado de la barra(reservado) que si no los había leído mi madre le preguntó, mi madre le dijo que no tenía gafas y que no podía leer, por parte del camarero la verdad he sentido que no está a gusto con su trabajo, no está a gusto con su vida en sí, yo pienso que debería de tomar acciones respecto a eso por q la verdad que influye en vuestra clientela. Ni invitada volvería. Segundo tramo: le pregunté amablemente si habría posibilidad de cambiar la cerveza grande q nos había puesto por una pequeña ya que mi madre le pareció muy grande, habría valido con decir no puedo cambiársela losiento, contestó malísima mente diciendo “que se tome lo que pueda y lo que sobre que lo deje” terrible respuesta PARA EL CLIENTE, el señor ya está muy quemado, ahí me di cuenta, no había vuelta atrás respecto a la amabilidad, posiblemente tuvo un día horrible, posiblemente tenga q aprender mucho más en esta vida y reencarnar en alguien mejor, pero yo no tengo nada que ver y quizás este mensaje le ayude a progresar, tanto a él como al restaurante, el olor por cierto muy fuerte, tenéis que ducharos más, y tenéis que poner un buen extractor de aire, huele a fritanga. Si quieren un doble vale 4 euros en vaso de sidra. Un saludo y...

THIS. IS. SPAIN . And this bar needs a higher rating! . I was casually passing through and feeling like a cocktail or two. Well i was surprised that the non-english-speaking bartender welcomed me with some tapas! . I ordered Tinto Verano and a tapas (meat with cheese). Then i went for the second one. Glass of sangria. Another FREE TAPAS! And yes the taste is nice! . Wow. Worth a visit everytime (if youre local) . Definitely a golden...

Do not go to this bar. The staff was incredibly rude when asking if they had any vegetarian options on the menu. Additionaly we only wanted to taste some different tapas but they insisted we just had to get a huge plate of rancid food with our drinks or just order a main dish.
