Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere to eat in. Incredibly noisy and a visible chaos, employees were all over the place. You could hear the staff throwing some boxes around, slamming dishes against what I assume is the trash can, or yelling. When we sat down, we were handed one menu card despite being multiple people. We got yelled with a hint of sarcasm by the employee when we were confused about the daily menu which wasn't even shown to us, had to get up and read it off the board outside. As a starter, you're served cold ham and cheese sandwiches you'd give your kids to school that looked like they had been sitting on the counter the whole day. One of us was given a dirty plate. The food itself was okay, if maybe overpriced, but it took way too long to come, and they forgot what we ordered after having the first course. Listening in, we found out other tables had the same situation. We sat for long minutes waiting for the plates to be taken away, too. Waiters came and went by our table as if we didn't exist.

It looks like the restaurant entirely relies on their convenient location for scoring employees without having to try too hard. Definitely...

Oh gosh where do I even start! This was a random find as we were looking for a place that served paella. We came around 11pm and was served immediately by Rui, a very charming man who’s very passionate about his job. Watching him dance to the music while going around serving customers was a whole experience in and of itself. The atmosphere was electric and was filled with great music and happy customers, and the staff giving a break dancing performance was a nice surprise! We ordered calamari, fried pork belly, and paella which all tasted excellent. The sangria was light and refreshing. We were also offered complementary Baileys at end of our meals.

This was our last stop before we left Spain and we couldn’t be happier!! Muchas gracias, Rui and the rest of...

Absolutely Disappointing Experience - AVOID THIS PLACE! We visited this restaurant with high hopes, but left utterly dismayed. The major letdown was the chicken ordered by my friend - it was served raw! When we complained, the waiter reluctantly removed it. However, to our shock, at the time of payment, they insisted on charging us first all the dish and then when we complain for half the dish, claiming we ate 'at least half of the chicken'. This is absurd and unethical. It's a total rip-off and shows a lack of customer respect. Please save yourself the frustration and avoid this restaurant...

We bumped into this little place while strolling around the centre of Madrid. We stopped for dinner and had an amazing time from the beginning to the end! Service was quick and attentive. We ordered several tapas style dishes (though portions were quite big!) and all of them were so tasty & flavourful! I particularly loved the red pepper dish with tuna on top - delicious! We appreciated the ham starter they brought us with our drinks as well! Overall, a great experience! I would definitely recommend visiting this place when in Madrid - you are going to have a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed tapas and mojitos here on a lively Monday evening. The portions are HUGE- we over-ordered. The prices are great and the mojitos were delicious. We loved the grilled vegetables plate. Pro tip- you do not have to eat the small plates they set down in front of you at tapas restaurants. Simply wave them away, and then order exactly what you want. If you eat them, you will be charged. If you don’t touch them, you won’t.
