I had such a fantastic experience at Asado Cebtral ! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with just the right balance of relaxed and classy. I ordered the meat platter and a Caesar salad, and both were absolutely spot on.
The meat platter was incredible â perfectly cooked cuts, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. You could really tell the quality of the meat was top notch, and everything was seasoned beautifully without being overpowering. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with the dressing done just right â creamy, tangy, and balanced with just the right crunch from the croutons.
Service was excellent too; the staff especially Carla, were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really well looked after without hovering.
All in all, it was one of the best steakhouse experiences in...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but this restaurant absolutely deserves it. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect â the ambiance, the service, and most importantly, the food. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and top-quality ingredients.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good time. They offered excellent recommendations and made us feel completely welcome.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. Whether it was a small garnish, the perfect timing between courses, or the warm atmosphere, everything came together to create an unforgettable experience.
This is the kind of place you donât just visit once. Itâs a gem â and I canât wait to come back. Highly, highly...

I ordered a mixed barbecue, and during service the waiter spilled oil all over me, the table, and the floor. He briefly apologized, handed me a cloth, and quickly became annoyed when I wasnât thrilled about the situation. I had to clean myself in the bathroomâno real help, and no discount offered for the accident.
The place claims to be an Argentinian steakhouse, but aside from the flag, thereâs nothing Argentinian about it. The food was average, the vibe touristy, and the service disappointing.
What really puzzled me is how this place has such high reviews. After the meal, despite everything, they handed me a QR code to leave a review - which I found quite bold. So here it is.
Madrid has far better places....
