Gelateria Carte D'Or Arenal — Restaurant in Madrid

The ice cream is delicious but the service quality is very bad, cheating on tourists. Today I bought 2 cup ice creams and I saw they showed me the price 4.5€ on machine for card payment. But then I asked them if I wanted to pay in cash and they agreed. I gave them 50€ because I didn't have any change and they gave me back 30€ in paper and a bunch of coins. At that time, because I was busy, not as familiar with coins as local people, and subjective, I did not count them again. When I checked later, they only gave me 7.7€, meaning they took more than 12€ for an ice cream that was only 4.5€. Maybe they weren't happy that I payed by the large amount of money paper. If so, they could have refused rather than deceive ignorant tourists like that. I even planned to take beautiful pictures to review for them because the ice cream was delicious, but I didn't expect that this would be use to show that they cheated me. I arrived near the end of the night to make a purchase and was unaware that they would be closing soon. I was excited to try gelato as my husband and I were unable to purchase any until this point. El trato recibido dejó mucho que desear. Una amiga y yo entramos a tomarnos un té y un batido y el sitio estaba vacío pero según pasaba el tiempo empezó a llenarse y el local es bastante pequeño. Estábamos de charla y uno de los camareros se nos acercó a pedirnos (sin por favor, ni nada) que abandonáramos el local porque había una persona que quería tomarse su goffre sentado. Me parece una falta de educación pedir a unas personas que se han tomado algo en tu local que lo abandonen por el mero hecho de haber acabado las bebidas que nos tomamos. En la vida me ha pasado, que haya consumido mi comida/bebida y se me haya despachado así... No hemos entrado y no nos hemos tomado nada, es que hemos consumido e igual podríamos haber consumido después pero nunca se sabrá porque nos echaron. Se lo comenté al camarero y su respuesta fue que el me lo había pedido de buenas formas... aunque discrepo esa no es la cuestión. La cuestión es que no puedes estar de charla si tu bebida/comida se ha acabado. Me ofreció devolverme el dinero (su intención era que me fuera, el dinero le daba igual) pero yo pago por lo que consumo pero también es lícito que mi opinión quede reflejada. No me dio ninguna respuesta más, se limitaba a quedarse callado y a asentir. Mi opinión fue dada de manera adecuada, nadie más en el local se enteró, pero hubiera preferido tener un feedback más activo. No volveré, no me merece la pena porque no pude disfrutar de una...
