Hello, I am here in Madrid for a couple Of nights and me and my friend decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews and because it was selected as one of the top 50 European pizza place, so we reserved for 7.30 pm. We arrived there on time, before even entering we saw the waiter making a very disrespectful hang gesture as if he is asking us to step back and then he came closer with a surprised face as if we are aliens or something and we told him we have a reservation for two at 7.30 then directly he frowned At us and made a weird face reflecting or trying to say that we are stupid and no we don’t have a reservation then my friend said yes we do and mentioned her name and then he was like ah ok ok and we came in, the food was amazing, pizza were so good However this is the worse service I have ever received, when he came to took our order he barely answered our questions super fast and just not paying attention to us as if he was in a hurry, other than that when he brought to the food to the table he just waited for us to remove every menu on the table to make room for the food noting that it’s part of his job to do that, please don’t get me wrong I would have love to help him if he was a bit nicer but overall super unprofessional and rude waiter!!!! Very...

Last time I went there with my friends and ordered burratas to start. After tasting them, we realised they had a weird taste and told them. First they didn't trust us, then the waitress went to check the expiration date on the box and confessed they made a mistake.
But then no "sorry", no "thanks for saying", nothing. They didn't even propose us to order something else instead.
Then we waited 45minutes for our pizzas. When we said it was starting to be long, they dared to answer that it was because we had ordered starters.
So today, I decided to give them another chance, and call them to order a pizza to take away. "you have to order on ubereats". But if I want to come to the restaurant to take it myself ? "Then come order and wait."
Is it that difficult to make the order on the phone, as almost every pizzeria do?
btw, one star is for their pizza dough, and the other one is for their...

I am Italian, and I must say that my experience at Grosso Napoletano was, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve ever had in a pizzeria. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely disrespected. A South American overweight waitress displayed a completely unacceptable attitude: every time I made a request, her response was a flat “no,” with no explanation, and all delivered with a rude and hostile tone. She didn’t even have the courtesy to greet me or show the slightest bit of professionalism. As an Italian, I find this intolerable in a place that claims to represent our culinary tradition.
The disappointment didn’t end there. The pizza was an absolute disaster. The dough was tasteless, far from what an authentic Neapolitan pizza should be, and, to my surprise, it was sweet! Yes, sweet. Never in my life have I tasted something so inauthentic and so far removed from Italian tradition. I wonder how a place that calls itself “Neapolitan” can serve something so mediocre.
In conclusion, the service was terrible, the quality of the food even worse, and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. This place has nothing to do with authentic Italian tradition, and as an Italian, I am deeply disappointed. I will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone looking for a true...
