To confirm with you, do you agree or disagree that customer should pay for your mistake? In the reply you mention your disagree customer should not pay for your mistake… that’s mean you think we should pay for your mistake 😟? We were really exited to visit your store. Every comments are saying this is a nice place to go. We totally like the environment, and some of the people in store. It’s really sad that we end up with this situation. It’s totally ok for people to make mistake, but how you solve it is a questions.

So we are very sure we ordered correctly in beginning and I paid 12 euro for the Sangria. But, after I completed the payment, they told us we have to pay a little bit more because they provide the large one instead of small one. Who knows what kind of glass size you have in store. However, I accidentally let a glass fall and despite I picked everything up, I’ve still been charged an extra 10€ when leaving (this hadn’t been mentioned before). To be honest, I found it a very unfair behavior which is sadly very common in touristic places as the personnel knows they will probably never see the customers again. Personally, as I live in Madrid, I am sad to say that they did lost a customer today.
