Visited this place with friends for the first time in 2018 and liked it a lot, so now that I’m in Madrid with my fiancée decided to visit again.

This place is very colourful and is really giving Mexican vibes. The frozen margaritas are great and available in different flavours. I recommend the mango flavour.

The food was also really good and I don’t really get the negative comments to be honest. We shared a portion as a starter which tasted delicious. My fiancée had fajitas and I had chicken tacos. According my fiancée these were the best fajitas he ever had and my tacos also were very good. We shared the dulce de leche crepes for dessert which also tasted amazing.

The food came very fast and was freshly made. The staff indeed didn’t really speak English, but Google Translate is your friend. Always a part of traveling my opinion and doesn’t justify giving a bad review. The menu did come in English, so that was great.

Price wise also very reasonable priced, so would definitely recommend...

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience here. The nachos weren't bad (they were the best dish we tried) but they had 3 chili symbols on the menu to suggest that they're spicy even though they weren't spicy AT ALL. Then, don't get me started on the rueda de tacos. When they arrived we knew they wouldn't be good as they didn't look appetising. The best of a bad bunch were probably the beef, though they were quite salty. The cochinita pibil ones were ok but bland compared to cochinita pibil I've tried in other Mexican restaurants. All of the chicken ones were very bland with no Mexican flavours at all. Honestly, I think they're the worst tacos I've ever tried in a supposed "authentic" Mexican restaurant. The food is homemade and really good. I highly recommend the menu del día. They did something really weird though: we made a reservation for 6 and they told us we couldn't have the menu del día because we made a reservation...which is really odd. I've been before with my colleagues (5 of us) without a reservation and we've had the menu del día. We felt like we were being punished for making a reservation and nearly walked out.
