I recently travelled to Madrid on holiday and was told to make sure I visited to have breakfast or an evening snack. My friends and I went there for breakfast and I must say, the whole experience was fantastic. From the service and bright smiles of all the staff members to the freshly served breakfast. The small croissants were absolutely delicious both the savory and sweet! However, it was not only the breakfast. The service was absolutely perfect, as it was extremely busy which usually would mean a slightly rushed service. This was far from the case! Now if you're consuming properly then OK otherwise for a business to allow the f..ING laptop army in its not good. Selfish. On top of that 2 people sitting side by side on a table that could be split for 4 is selfish. In addition the staff need to tell them to leave one table free. We went there on Wednesday evening on November 13, 2024, like more than 15 minutes before closing. The staff was like were closing. They were rude and rushing us, all we wanted was a hot chocolate which was more like cake frosting and a muffin. After the order I asked for another muffin from the same rack, and he said it was old already and not for sale. As we walked out, they were conversing amongst themselves I could hear everything because we know Spanish.
