What an absolutely incredible place!! I had both locations pinned on my maps about 2 months before my (work) visit to Madrid as I had heard wonderful things. I managed to make my way here on a lunch break and grabbed some pork Gyoza and a slice of cotton cake (plus a cheeky peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie as a gift from the staff due to my excitement!) I was BLOWN away by the taste and textures. I managed to convince my colleague to come back with me that evening so I could try more of the menu. Thankfully we were early and they had space but they were booked up the rest of the evening. We ordered more gyoza, tori no karaage, and both went for ramen. She could not believe everything was gluten free and loved it all. She even took a slice of Nutella cheesecake to go! I am so sad to be leaving Madrid and this wonderful restaurant. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely recommendable! We both don't tolerate gluten and could choose freely from the menu without hesitation, since the restaurant does not work with gluten at all. There are only some gluten-containing beers, which are served in separate glasses. The food was very tasty and nicely presented. We can highly recommend the gyozas, tori no karaage, katsudon and udon noodles. For dessert, the delicious Japanese souffle cheesecake and matcha brownie with vanilla ice cream. We especially liked the excellent service of the waiter. He took a lot of time for us and was knowledgeable about everything. He was very attentive, courteous and friendly. If we are in Madrid again one day, we will definitely go back to this wonderful restaurant with great decor and atmosphere!

Good restaurant totally dairy and gluten, many of their plates can be turn on vegan too. We shared the vegan kabocha korokke, they had a nice melting texture and it was so nice to be able to eat a fried food for once. The katsudon was good and very generous. I was a little bit disappointed by the Karen raisu, not that it was not good but it was the first time i tried this dish, it's nor my favorite and portion was smaller than the katsudon. They have many gf vegan deserts which is nice, most it's hard to find gf vegan deserts in restaurants. We had the peanut chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream. The only negative point is that the cookie was not heated.
