I’ve visited this place few times 4 years ago. I was amazed about the quality of the food - and nothing has changed since then 😊 Friendly staff, delicious food - we’ve tried ceviche, croquettes, tomato origen, tarta de queso, huevos with foie grass and truffle and steak tartare. We also got appetizers, olives and a chupito on the house. Wine is in a very good price - 3 EUR for a glass of Verdejo. I honestly can’t decide which position of the menu that we’ve tried was the most tasty - but I think I’d go with tomato - I have no idea how is it possible to make such a sweet tomato? A really good find off the beaten track! We ordered 4 dishes. We were served with a nice pea sauce & dried fruit appetizer. I ordered a nice red wine from Valencia thanks to the advice of our waiter who was great throughout our meal. I noticed the wine list was good. The patatas bravas with tomatoes & mustard sauce was excellent.So too was the pork sirloin with noodles & vegetables. The vegetable tempura was good. The food, service and atmosphere cannot be faulted. From the warm friendly greeting to the well wishes as we left, we were made very welcome. There is an excellent and innovative menu offering raciones, half raciones and tapa serves for most items. We enjoyed sharing the beef cheek with pak choy and celeriac and origen tomates, and each had a shrimp and kimchi taco. My partner also liked his cuttlefish slider with fries.
