Excellent paella😊 Service was extremely friendly and, helpful. The black paella with squid ink was a delicious surprise despite it looking like charcoal rice. We loved it! FYI, google maps will make it seem like you're lost. It's located on a corner downstairs food court at the corner of the final destination location. Excellent Paella at reasonable prices. Food court like on-site dining possible (along with nice wines)... we however did take-away and this worked really well as they provide microwave friendly packaging which makes heating the pealla (without drying it) easy convenient. Super nice staff too, if you may even learn a few words of Valeciano if you chat with the chef :-). Oh, and very generous portions, we ordered 4 servings for a family of 5.... 3 portions would have been more...

The food was great, service even better. The waiter was a really nice host.

This little restaurant inside of beautiful Mercado Prosperidad is a must if you like Paella or other Spanish rices. We had two types of rice (shown in the pictures), both were fantastic. If you're looking for a quick bite in Prosperidad, you should come.
