On December 28th, my family and I had the pleasure of visiting Parking Pizza, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew it would be a unique experience. The concept of the restaurant is both innovative and appealing: a large shared table where you dine alongside other guests, yet in a surprisingly comfortable and private way. Despite the shared space, you feel you have your own personal area, and there’s never a sense of overcrowding.
When it comes to the food, I can only say it was flawless. We ordered two pizzas, numbers 5 and 8, and both left us thoroughly impressed. The quality of the ingredients is absolutely remarkable—fresh and bursting with flavor. The dough was perfectly prepared, with that distinctive touch only a wood-fired oven can provide. Additionally, the open kitchen concept allows you to witness the entire process, from the selection of ingredients to the cooking itself, adding an extra layer of trust and admiration for the craft behind each dish.
The service was another highlight. Pablo, who attended to us, was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that our experience was perfect from start to finish. The entire team was courteous, approachable, and always willing to help with a smile.
Special mention goes to their espresso. It was a delightful surprise to find coffee of such high quality. The flavor was fresh, smooth, with a perfectly creamy texture, topped with a touch of cocoa and brown sugar that made every sip an absolute delight.
Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to relive this experience with my family, and we wholeheartedly...
Read moreWe had a truly unforgettable family dinner at Parking Pizza, and Pablo made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Pablo was not only kind and attentive but also clearly passionate about creating a great dining experience. He made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening.
The interior of the restaurant is beautiful super clean, minimalistic, and stylish without feeling cold. It strikes the perfect balance between modern design and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease, whether you’re there for a casual bite or a special occasion.
As for the food absolutely flawless. We tried a range of pizzas, from the classic pepperoni to a more elaborate one with bacon, and each one was bursting with flavor. The dough was light and crispy, the ingredients were top-quality, and everything tasted freshly made. It’s clear the kitchen puts a lot of care into every detail.
To our surprise, we were gifted a tiramisu and coffee at the end of our meal, and it was the perfect finish. The tiramisu was incredibly soft, moist, and creamy honestly one of the best we’ve had and the coffee was served the Italian way super rich, smooth, and strong, just how it should be.
Overall, Pablo went above and beyond, and the food, ambiance, and service combined to create an authentic Italian dining experience that we’ll definitely be coming back for. Highly, highly recommend especially if you get the chance to be...
