I left Madrid almost a month ago and I am still dreaming and thinking about Pum Pum Bakery 😩 It was my favorite go to place for sweets, coffee, brunch and bread. I wish I had discovered it sooner! The cappuccino, the iced Americano and iced lattes were my favorite drinks.
Their brownies and banana bread will stay in my heart forever ❤️ Get them with ice cream if you're dinning in, you won't regret it! Their weekend brunches are 10€ for a really good portion of food (avocado toast, croissant, juice, coffee and yogurt granola). The foccacia is also to die for.
Every other time I went to Pum Pum Bakery, I brought different friends so they could all discover it! Although if you are planning to study here, it's pretty packed during the weekends. Weekday afternoons are pretty chill. I was always too afraid to ask for the playlist of the music that was playing but I was a fan and really brought the ambiance together.

You arrive, you order, you pay, you sit, you eat. Simple, delightful.

Got me some avocado toast with almonds, egg Benedict toast, granola bowl with yogurt, orange juice and coffee. Everything was good, but the granola bowl deserves special recognition. Feels like it was made by someone who had just hugged a unicorn and acquired wisdom, care and rainbows. Everything was just right! Oh, the coffee tasted great too.
Another friend who lives here told me I should’ve tried the pistachios croissant, so if anyone is reading this please do that and let me know...
Read moreWe visited Pum Pum Bakery twice during our stay in Madrid, and both experiences were absolutely exceptional. On our first morning, we had a simple breakfast with fresh pastries – flaky, buttery croissants and other viennoiserie that were clearly made with real craftsmanship. Every bite was perfect.
We returned for the weekend brunch and were blown away once again. Beautifully prepared, well-balanced dishes, generous portions, and everything made with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff and great attention to detail.
Pum Pum Bakery is hands down the best breakfast spot we found in Madrid. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick pastry or a full brunch, this place delivers on every level. We can’t...
