If you're looking for an authentic experience, avoid, there are far better options in the city. This is Korean for the Spanish palette (I asked them, and that's what they said), which might be excusable elsewhere, but is hardly necessary in such a metropolitan city as Madrid.
Kimchi was stupidly overpriced and smothered with coriander/cilantro and sesame seeds, and the Dolsot Bibimbap included crabsticks (!), diced beef that was far too chewy, and was served with a sauce that was already added and way too sweet - again, just not authentic. And to add insult to injury, the server started mixing my bibimbap for me (hence no photo of how it was presented).
Can't imagine you'd find many Koreans regularly eating here. So very disappointing and best avoided if you've ever stepped foot on...

We ordered Korean BBQ, bibimbap, kimchi and Korean beers... All very good!
As for level of spice, for me I would say mild, it could have been a lot spicier, but I am Korean. For my non-Korean friends who don't have any tolerance, it was spicy, but they loved the flavors. I will definitely repeat.
