I can't believe the good reviews this place got. After a trip to Morocco we wanted to eat Tajine which was one of our favorite foods there. We were very disappointed. For starters the place is very dull looking with absolutely no atmosphere. That set the stage for the meal. The chicken tajine was nothing like in Morocco where its served in a tajine sizzling hot with big pieces of vegetables covering the chicken. Here you get a plate of warm chicken covered on a watery broth with frozen or canned vegetables like you'd buy in a supermarket. No flavor whatsoever. My wife ordered the lamb. It was so dry and tasteless she hardly ate it. Add to this the poor service. The staff weren't friendly. They immediately wanted our order after they gave us the menus. After that they never came back to take our order. We had to go to the bar and tell them. They didn't bring the tea we ordered until we were finished with the meal. We refused it. We will never go back again. If you want great cheap food try Podthaiwok or the Baobab. Sorry for the bad review but it's honest

No puedo creer las buenas críticas que recibió este lugar. Después de un viaje a Marruecos, queríamos comer Tajine, que era una de nuestras comidas favoritas allí. Estábamos muy decepcionados. Para empezar, el lugar es muy aburrido sin absolutamente ningún ambiente. Eso preparó el escenario para la comida. El tajine de pollo no se parecía en nada a Marruecos, donde se sirve en un tajine hirviendo con grandes pedazos de vegetales que cubren el pollo. Aquí obtienes un plato de pollo tibio cubierto en un caldo acuoso con vegetales congelados o enlatados como los que comprarías en un supermercado. Sin sabor alguno. Mi esposa pidió el cordero. Estaba tan seco y sin sabor que apenas se lo comió. Agregue a esto el mal servicio. El personal no fue amable. Inmediatamente querían nuestro pedido después de que nos dieron los menús. Después de eso nunca volvieron a tomar nuestro pedido. Tuvimos que ir al bar y decirles. No trajeron el té que pedimos hasta que terminamos con la comida. Lo rechazamos Nunca volveremos de nuevo. Si quieres buena comida barata prueba Podthaiwok o el Baobab. Perdón por la mala crítica...

I tried to go there for dinner tonight and I've never been treated so rudely at a restaurant in my life. I came in. I thought they weren't the friendliest but I thought that's just how they are. Another family came in and they were treated way better than us. I was blatantly ignored while the waiter just attended to the family behind us meanwhile the other 3 workers just sat there watching tv. Mind you it was just us and the other family in the entire restaurant.I would try to order something and the waiter just looked at me (if he did at all) and ignored me and was at every beck and call of the family behind us.We walked out. We may not all look the same but my euros are the same color and worth the same amount as the family behind us. Horrible mistreatment from a restaurant and they should be ashamed...

very tasty Moroccan dishes in a bright room with kind staff. We eat Moroccan food anytime we are in a country with a Moroccan community - including, of course, Morocco. My husband and I started with 2 soups, harrira and lentil. Lovely smell and taste, filling portions, warm bread. We both had chicken couscous. Nice variety of vegetables (pumpkin, cabbage, carrots, a bit zucchini) and moist chicken. Remember...
