Oh, wow. Where do I begin? All parts of this restaurant's menu are creative in their composition and their presentation, including the food, the sangria, the cocktails, and the desserts. It all manages to be delicious and complex without straying from what makes Spanish cuisine great at its core. Definitely order the Crazy Sangria, and all the items from the "Rosi Recommends" section of the menu are great selections. We were debating between two desserts, so we got them both. We both agreed that while we were eating each one, we believed it was the one we would order next time we came. The decor is so refreshing and interesting. If you sit upstairs, make sure you go downstairs and look around. (And don't forget the flamingo room!) We went for lunch, mid-afternoon, and we were lucky to be seated pretty quickly. The food and atmosphere were so great, we asked if we could come back later for dinner the same night! We learned that they were booked solid for dinner until 1AM. If you want to have dinner here YOU WILL NEED A RESERVATION, and they recommend that you reserve a week or more in advance. Definitely worth it. Two thumbs way up! If I had more thumbs, they'd be up, too.

Visited 10/10/2024 Chilling Wednesday Afternoon. The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience Was craving for paella in Madrid square. We discover this fancy looking restaurant decorated like Alice in wonderland theme. The interior and color theme are really bold and stunning. We had a large size paella for 2 pax, some wine and drinks to pair with. Had croquettes as well Paella 🥘 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Not the best we had because we find it a little too saltish for our taste. No wonder the service staff ask if we wanted it less salt or normal. Now we know. Wine 🍷 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Had a wonderful time enjoying the wine in Spain. I would say the wine here really suit me well. Not disappointed at all Croquettes ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Same. Not the best I have tried so far. But so far no croquettes caught my attention as of now. Maybe it's just me Presentation ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Need to give credit where it deserves. They really put in effort for the visual impact when food/dish was served to your table Services ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Great service thru out. Visual satisfaction ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Too notch. Follow us for a gastronomic experience and discover the world finest in its purest form

To start it off, we were greeted by a really colourful entrance and when we entered, the staff were friendly and ensured we were welcomed. The staff handling the bottom guests was amazing, he bothered to break the ice with us and was attentive. Food wise: All of the drinks were aesthetic and really amazing. None of the drinks we ordered disappointed us. Now I understand why people come here for drinks. Paella - wow paella was spectacular. We cleaned the pot clean and left no room for scraps. Tender chicken breast with flavourful rice kept us wanting more. Gyoza - meh at best, not worth the buy Croquette - warm delicious filling inside and the batter was really well done! Tiramisu dessert(not sure about the name) - best dish out of all. The presentation in a teapot and the surprise biscuit deep inside left a lasting impression that I would definitely want my friends to try as well.
