Magda, una comercial excepcional de Asics en El Corte Inglés Callao, realmente merece ser reconocida por su trabajo extraordinario.

He tenido la oportunidad de viajar a más de 30 países y conocer a numerosos equipos comerciales, pero nunca he encontrado a alguien con tanto compromiso y empatía. Magda no se limita a vender, ofrece una experiencia de cliente realmente única. Se toma el tiempo para entender mis necesidades, me dio consejos muy acertados y siempre buscó soluciones a mis problemas. No solo me recomendó las zapatillas ideales, sino que también se aseguró de escucharme y de que estuviera completamente satisfecho. ¡Gracias a sus recomendaciones, mis dolores en los pies desaparecieron! Entiendo la carga de trabajo del personal, más no su mal trato en general. No suelo ser específico con mis valoraciones, pero esto sí merece ser destacado (además, ya vi comentarios similares en otras reseñas). He ido al centro unas 5 o 6 veces y sin duda, la mejor atención proviene del personal de Puma, Adidas y el Staff de El Corte Inglés. Del resto puedo decir que la atención es correcta, sin más. Mención aparte merece el personal de Converse, New Balance y Under Armour (última planta); les pediría a los responsables de estas marcas en el centro que revisaran sus comportamientos sobre trato al cliente. Por ejemplo, el caballero alto de pelo teñido de Converse es lo más desagradable en cuestión a trato con el público. Entiendo que es agotador a veces el tener que estar pendiente de tanta gente pero como he leído en otra reseña "parece que nos hacen un favor". Se pone literalmente a ahuyentar a los posibles compradores 40 min antes del cierre de la tienda, poniéndose a comentar con sus compañeros que si no "no acaban nunca". Imtuyo que es un comportamiento habitual, ya que he visto esto unas 3 veces en días diferentes. Esto no es un comentario hate ni mucho menos, pero fastidia bastante que nosotros como posibles clientes recibamos este trato...
