Sabor Brasil Madrid — Restaurant in Madrid

I love meat. So as a good meat lover, I like it rare, when you can truly notice the flavours, the tendernesss, the taste. I come from Basque Country where meat and fish are your baby diet, where there are no kids menu, we love eating. We love food. And at Capri 8 I just had one of best picanhas, but happens to be one of the best meats I tried in Madrid. Just perfect. Thin slices perfectly cooked to my taste, rare, but also perfectly warm, crazy meat quality. We had a salad, good, correct and the dessert, a cake of dulce de leche although I am not a sweet fan, was delicious. All dessert were homemade. The menu is simple, but I like that. Master your thing, the picanha clearly, and let it roll. Let it be your signature.

The place is simple, like those small restaurants I remember from Rio, unpretentious, familiar, easy going. The service is warm, attentive, with the pride of those who know they are selling a great product and want to match it.

I sure will return, it is not far from my home, so it just made it to my list. And by the way for the football fans, there are 2 large TVs and yes, all the matches...

Today my partners and i just visited this place to enjoy a bit. Unfortunately we got bad experienced with the Waiter, he was not kind at all and lack of food knowledge, we had to ask him several times about food services, he was not even brazilian [If we got a Brazilian restaurant is always good to have people, i mean waiters with the food knowledge] besides this rice and meat was too tough.

I would recommend to check on this next time to make sure in having a great Customer...

Hace poco he hablado con el Sr. Marcelo por teléfono, solicitando detalles sobre la carta vuestra a través de la entrega por domicilio. Pues, resulta que el sr. Marcelo es brasileiro, y le pido detalles sobre la carta y empieza de una forma muy escueta y poco profesional, dirigirse a mi de forma muy racista hacía el pueblo brasileño, que son malos clientes, y muchos otros adjetivos que no voy a exponer aquí, que a él solo le interesa los clientes Españoles. Que quede muy claro, me he sentido muy ofendido.

Vergonzoso la actitud, pienso denunciarlo... Que más te puedo decir, ¡¡¡que me das pena!!! y por la actitud. Muy triste, yo solo estaba buscando algo de comer y quería una comida diferente. Pero, te topas con un amargado con los clientes Brasileños, que vergüenza, y encima chuleando, ya quisiera parecerse a un Mcdonald´s.

Por favor, en la calle Orense, cerca de ahí, hay otro restaurante donde son muuuuy educados "Sabor Gaúcho", y ellos nunca me han llamado de exigente.

Tienes un negocio de comida típica, pero eres mucho para servir a los Brasileños, muy feo de tu parte, espero de verdad, que aprendas a valorar a las personas o por lo menos ser más educado por teléfono, sea de donde sea el cliente. ¡Aprende Hombre!
