I went on Monday, June 3rd around 19:30.
The staff was really rude from the start. Apparently you have to queue outside, however there's no sign so everyone queues inside and have to be asked to move outside constantly. I guess this irritates the girl at the front because she was flat out pestered by having customers. When I finally ordered she cut off my partner and finished the order. He asked her if he included what he said - she said yes - it wasn't so. When we asked her to order his things she got after us and I reminded her she had cut him off earlier - this pist her off. I have been to tiki takos in other places and I have to say the food here was really greasy and salty. So the food was not great. Back to her, we didn't get any hot sauce, so I asked her and she said I had to go inside which is fine, except I had to queue if I wanted to ask for hot sauce. I quickly ate what I ordered and went to another place in Fuencarral. If you want tiki tako, go to the ones in lavapies, they're...
Read moreReally unfriendly staff. I live around the corner and come frequently. I have been 3 times this week only. Last couple of weeks tacos have been really bad, oily with dry meat but I usually ask for some hot sauce so it’s ok. Today I did the same after paying I went to the counter and asked for some hot sauce. I was then questioned on whether I had paid 50 cent for the sauce. Since I hadn’t I was told the most rude ”sorry” as if I was someone that tried to escape paying. Bare in mind that hot sauce is not on the menu and I have just paid 14 euros for 4 dry tacos and a margarita. Not sure what kind of issues these kids have that work here and don’t know how they got hired honestly. Zero human skills and destroy the brand. I’m not going to come back to this tko and the whole brand just...
Read moreStreet tacos is the name of their game. With a relatively vast menu they offer thirteen different types of street tacos as well as quesadillas and a few other items.
If you don’t know, street tacos are small tacos served on a tortilla, usually you can take one of these small guys down with two bites, three bites is just being dainty. Their tacos are served on a corn tortilla and the options range from mushroom to tongue and from chicken to port tenderloin. Literally, they have it all. Plus, each taco is less than 2€.
The service is friendly and quick. The seating is very limited but they have more downstairs next to the bathrooms and outside (you want to sit outside if it’s a beautiful day).
This is a great little place that serves some good...
