This is my love letter to Wagara restaurant.
To put some perspective, I worked in 6-star resorts (private airplanes) and eat all sorts of the 2/3-star food often.
There is nothing quite like Wagara. It truly is very, very special. I like it more than Michelin places.
The food is so, so good. They could charge 4x as much and it would feel totally OK (but of course I am happy they don't).

The noodle soup also very plain and it is nothing special. Why I should spend 18 euros for a 2 euro instant noodle? The reviews looks fake. Be careful of their price and food. I would suggest this restaurant to use the real fresh noodles...

Very traditional japanese restaurant... Hope to visit again soon. All plate concepts were amazing especially the 'decontructed sukiyaki' main plate. Thank...
