Joys Live — Restaurant in Marbella

I’ve never seen anyone so impolite. That’s just bad for business. The server just literally ignored me after paying at the bar for a drink. The bartender just severed a big group and 3 other people and when I said, “excuse me could you please make my drink too? I was here before all these nice people or kindly just refund my money?” She just says, “talk to the boss,” who proceeded to say we only have one bartender, okay? They had two and the point wasn’t that it took longer than expected it was that she was making everyone’s drink but me. I bought a round of drinks and paid by contactless card, a couple of minutes after heading back to my friends the barman came around and claimed the transaction had not gone through and asked me to pay again. When I got my credit card statement both transactions had gone through and I had paid for the same round of drinks twice. I spoke to my bank about disputing the second payment and while they have tried to help with this because there were two separate transaction codes it looks like I’ve ended up out of pocket. My bank suggested this is likely a scam given the timings involved and the circumstances. Please beware and don’t fall for the same scam I did...

We had booked Joys for our hen do, had called prior to going that day and spoken to them before we got there. we were a large group so booking tables is essential. When we arrived the man said he forgot and hadn’t reserved a table. offered us no drinks, no compensation his attitude was disgusting, to say this ruined our night is an understatement the staff were useless the inside where they then tried to then seat us rather than the terrace stank of a damp dirty club.
